The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Shut all windows and entry/exit doors.
Turn Hot tub temperature to 99-100F. Cover the hot tub. Retract the privacy screen.
Turn off all lights, heaters, AC, fan, wood stove, Oven/stove. Shut all water faucets. Thank you so much.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Observe Quiet Time from 10 pm to 7 am the next day
House (inside or outside) is not equip to clean, cook and dispose of shells, oysters, crabs.
NO PETS allowed. - Unfortunately, we could not accommodate even service animals due to a family members’ severe allergy. Our apologies.

We are sisters and work in healthcare industry. When the pandemic hit, this lovely home is a tremendous refuge! Our work-vacation home is an oasis - to relax, unwind, enjoy the fresh ocean breeze, be with nature more, improve sleep and be out of the valley. Hope you enjoy exploring this neat part of the Oregon Coast and add more to your memories.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood feels you are with Mother Nature and our neighbors are simply great. We enjoy our resident robins and birds, the bumble bees and humming birds buzzing in front of the spa deck. We have rosemary herbs all over (take home some). Sometimes, we have hopping bunnies too!

Moreover, we have an array of amenities! Like the 6-seater, 51 jets Hot Tub and 3-4 seater Panoramic Barrel Sauna. Outdoor dining set and lounge chairs.
If you are working remotely, we have a fast WiFi, with ergonomic table and computer rolling chair.
Family-friendly as well, you just need to request in advance if you need Baby gates installed.
We also have added wheelchair lift (pneumatic operated at this time) for better accessibility.
