Large Ocean View Home with Optional Guest Quarters Close to Beach 4 Large Decks


This beautiful home with fantastic ocean views is in a prime location in Oceanside village with a short 5-minute walk to the beach, restaurants and coffee shops. The main house has four large bedrooms with one king bed with a trundle day bed, three queen beds, one with an additional twin bed. There are many recent updates and remodeled bathrooms. You can add the optional Guest Quarters to your reservation for an additional fee, it has one bedroom with a queen bed and a living room with a fold out queen bed. Rental rates for the Guest Quarters are $100 a night, $45 cleaning fee and lodging tax. There are hardwood floors throughout the unit. The guest quarters is located on the lowest level of the house and has a large deck. It is accessed by an outdoor stairway. Both kitchens are fully equipped and both units have outdoor gas grills. and porch swings. The units can be rented together or separately, each has its own private entrance. This beautiful beach house works great for family gatherings or a romantic getaway.

This was our first trip to the Oregon Coast, but it will not be our last! This property was the perfect place for our home base for a week. It is ideally located a short walk (or drive, if you don't like walking hills) from the beach, as well as the main street with a couple of coffee shops. You're also a 20-minute drive from grocery stores and other dining options in Tillamook, where you can access Highway 101 to explore the coast to the north or south. The property is more spacious inside than we expected - large dining area and family room, and none of the bedrooms felt cramped for space. The kitchen was well-stocked. Decks on every level provide amazing views of the ocean and beach, which had a steady stream of visitors but never seemed crowded. We can't wait to come back and explore the area some more!

This home is so beautiful, close to the beach, and has spectacular views of the ocean! However, they do have an ant problem in the kitchen. They have traps set, but they don’t seem to be working.

The house is beautiful and the view even better. It is well decorated and very beachy! And I have never seen a more well stocked (overly so) house. Just don’t look in the corners, under or behind anything (cob webs, dust, candy wrappers and a lot of little aunts)! Also the plaque on the wall says “there are five parking places”….wrong. And “the Main house accommodates 12”….but there are only two true parking places for the “Main” house….so good luck transporting 12 people in two small cars. And IF you park more than two cars you WILL get a phone call! Maybe if you have FIVE E bikes….you could all park there, but not five cars.

This was a beautiful home with plenty of room for our whole family. We also booked the guest quarter downstairs which was just as lovely. Very well stocked kitchen, books and games. Beach was an easy 5 minute walk that my 7 year old did many times. Only thing that wasn’t great was parking situation. You can squeeze 3 vehicles there but that was pretty tight. We would definitely book this home again.
