Such a great vibe and loved the outdoor spaces. We had initially booked a hotel near the river, but then decided a slower pace would be nice and really glad we stayed.
The house was perfect for our group, walking distance to many attractions and plenty of space to relax and enjoy each others company on site. Owner was great in responding to request for information. Would stay again
Such a unique place to stay in Savannah! About a 30 min walk/ 5 min drive to downtown areas. This upstairs apt is so spacious and well redone inside. The hot tub and patio spaces are a nice touch. Could use a once over on the pest control (lots of trees around and it rained quite a bit during our stay so to be expected but for the price this should be addressed). Would definitely stay here again and with friends. Plenty of space to accommodate everyone.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
This house offers a historical experience in downtown Savannah. It is close to River Street and the farmers market. The house is nicely renovated and full of southern culture. I chose this house with filters that included a pool. My family was disappointed to learn there was no pool. The house is clean overall but not spotless. The shower had hair in it. The kitchen trashcan containers are dirty and the garbage disposal doesn't work. The master bedroom is on the upper level. The steps are steep, narrow, and they turn. Between that and no shower in the bathroom, my husband and I took the lower level bedroom. The bathroom we used contained the only shower and it was difficult to operate. The shower spigots had to be manipulated to locate hot water. We were only left one towel each and they were older worn out towels. The bathroom rug was also worn out. I didn't realize the third bedroom was outside. My 15 year old slept on the sofa instead of outside by himself. Overall it is a nice home with plenty of space and historic culture located in the heart of downtown Savannah but I chose it because the listing said there was a pool.
Perfect home for a trip with friends or family. When an issued arrived, the host quickly responded and was able to work everything out!

Hello!
I'm Charlie, and this is Mia. So glad that you're considering Savannah as a waypoint on your journey! Originally an Ohio transplant, I migrated here at the age of 17 in pursuit of a creative career, and have managed to find myself continually infatuated with this place for the 16 years since.
The listings associated with this account are all units found inside a single Historic Downtown property, which I purchased pending foreclosure as a burn out in 2013. Over the course of the following 7 years, I lived and worked at this home restoring and renovating the site myself into what is now available for you to experience! I immensely enjoy my time there, and I'm optimistic that you will too.
These spaces and the experience curated within them has been given a great deal of love and consideration. I'm hopeful that you will be willing to offer the same.
Thanks for reading, and if you're savvy - welcome to the Anderson house!
