Lovely little spot. Gloria was incredibly responsive and flexible when I had to stay an extra day due to car trouble. The place was clean and had everything needed. Great spot to have pups.
I actually rented earlier in October but some things came up an I couldn't make it then, the Host(Gloria) worked with me and let me come at a later date, she was very helpful with everything and made sure I had all the information about the unit. The unit was very cozy and clean,my husband and I visited family while we were there,we enjoyed the unit and were happy that we found it,we would stay again.

Disliked: Amenities
Parking was full when we pulled up. Place was unlocked and owner was in the house. Sink had dishes in it. Advertised to be a "2 bedroom" that "sleeps 6", upstairs had 2 double beds. Downstairs was a "double" mattress on a single frame that was not meant for 2 people. Limited pictures are misleading. Do not recommend. Overpriced and not worth it.

A Mountain getaway that needed cleaning
None of the sheets were clean - there were hairs on them. The mini fridge wasn't clean - I washed the inside and took out the pieces to wash them but I didn't finished. I rinsed them and left them in the sink.
The addition/townhouse surely wasn't up to code - outlet covers and light switch covers were off. The sink in the 1 bathroom was not firm - it moved.
The 2nd bed downstairs was a trundle bed - when we pulled it out there were long wood pieces on the sheet (maybe from the bed on top but I'm not sure).
You definitely want clean sheets, to be able to lay your head down - thankfully we brought our own blankets and pillows and were able to use those.
We were asked what time we were going to arrive to make sure that both places they had were going to be cleaned in time. We were going to be later than check-in, so it worked ok - but then it wasn't clean.
It's a townhouse and you could hear the people talking next door, so I'm sure they heard us, as well. There was a thin wall in between, or even a door that was covered - I don't remember.
It was disappointing because there were cute things & features. But it's go to be clean.
If I had small children with the outlets not being covered, I would've been mad - there's no reason that shouldn't done.
You have to say a trundle bed downstairs.
And I would show a picture of the outside.
You can tell this property has never been inspected. The front door wouldnt lock, and owner knew about it! The sofa/bed downstairs was very uncomfortable. I could never figure out what lightswitch went to which light. Couldn't figure out the heat, so i froze. I could go on...
I think the owner has other properties, which may be fine, but id pass on this one!
Tidy and modern. Clean and quiet. For a remote mountain cabin, easy to get to and paved until the very part of the drive. It was an enjoyable stay.
