Showcasing inviting coastal decor, the main floor comes well-equipped with a full kitchen, ample dining space, and an attractive living area with sofa seating and a smart TV. A sliding glass door leads out to a furnished, lower-level lanai complete with a patio set. Primary guests will enjoy private access to an upstairs balcony. Essential amenities include central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and high-speed 'boost' WiFi.

This condo is just seven miles from the heart of historic St. Augustine, boasting attractions like the famous 17th-century Spanish fort, Castillo de San Marcos. You'll also find living history exhibits, scenic nature trails, lighthouses, and plenty of tranquil beaches. The leaseholder must be at least 30 years old, and all children must be at least 10 years old. There is a strict 4-person occupancy limit.
This building is not equipped with an elevator. Stairs are required to access this second-floor condo.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
