Very Nice. Did not like no ceiling fan in the other bedroom, there were very nice appliances. We loved the first floor condominium and the carts that were available for help in unloading your car. Overall a very nice stay.

This is our second time staying here and it is our absolute favorite place to stay! The location is ideal. Steps from the pool and just past the pool is the beach! It feels safe and very well kept inside and out!

MDW at the beach!

We decided to drive down to Florida from NC for MDW. The condo was perfect for me and my girlfriends to enjoy some time off of work at the beach. The condo was very nice, updated and perfect for the four of us. Right on the beach and super close to cute restaurants & coffee shops.

Wonderful condo!

My husband and I stayed for a month and we really enjoyed everything about this rental. The unit was clean, updated and comfortable with everything we needed. We loved the screened porch and easy access to the pool and beach. The property managers responded to questions promptly and immediately resolved the minor issues that came up. The property is older but the pools and landscaping are updated and very well maintained.

This was an amazing, spotless, very nice condo. We had two kids, and loved the screened-in porch and being on the first floor. The convenience of the pool and beach is unmatched, and the kitchen was gorgeous and had everything we needed. We will be back, for sure. I also needed to contact the property at the last minute for an extra accommodation, and they were prompt and very understanding. We loved it!

It wasn’t awful but a few things need some attention. The location was nice, super close to the pool and ocean. The pools were clean and it was nice because there weren’t many people there. The beach umbrella provided was broken but we were able to rig it up eventually. The dishes that were in the kitchen cupboards had fresh food on them, it was like the prior renters just put their dishes directly into the cupboards after they ate. The eggs and rice were fresh looking! Every morning when we’d open the door there was a strong sulfur smell that would eventually fade as the day went on. The fridge was cool & they did provide WiFi along with all streaming accounts already logged in. Bed was pretty comfortable. I wouldn’t go back tho.

Perfect Location

The condo is conveniently situated on the ground floor close to the pools and beach access. We really liked that the condo patio was screened in. They were doing a lot of maintenance during our stay - power washing and repainting the building. As a result of the power washing our patio/patio furniture was covered in sand and dirt but the situation was immediately addressed after a quick call to the real estate agent. There was a leak in the soffit outside the condo's front door so we had to walk through a puddle when we entered and exited. The condo maintenance was aware but hadn't fixed the leak before our stay ended. Otherwise, the condo property is taken care of very well. We were just unfortunate to pick a time when so much work was being done. The condo itself was very nice and clean; the bed was very comfortable. The pool area was also very clean with more than enough lounge chairs, tables/chairs and umbrellas. We traveled by plane so were disappointed that no beach/pool towels were available. We've never had that happen before and didn't expect to have to go out and buy our own. Note - there are venomous snakes on the property. There are signs to that effect around the property. St. Augustine is beautiful! The quiet location of the condo building is perfect. Having two pools is a bonus. We would stay there again.

Very clean, tastefully decorated with very comfortable furniture and beds. Fully equipped kitchen. Steps to the pools, and beach access walkway. Management co. had repairmen very quickly when the refrigerator fan iced up and quit working. Parking passes were not in unit when we arrived. We scrounged a pass from the Condo Assoc office
