Lovely time

The 2BR/2BA suite was quite spacious. Both bedrooms were hugh and so were both bathrooms. Being a resort there were planned activities you could partake in if you want to. It’s a great place for kids with the water slide and lazy river so be aware there are a lot of kids.

Unethical

Prepaid 5 months ago for my rental and less than 20 hours before my check in time, my reservation was canceled with no valid explanation. This left me scrambling to find hotels while I was at the airport getting ready for my flight. The property owner and VRBO did nothing to remedy the situation for me…basically left me and my family high and dry. I am still waiting for VRBO or the property owner to reach out and explain why they canceled at the last minute but I know they won’t. Not very good business ethics from either of these entities and I want to warn people to really think twice about using these companies.
