Is a really spacious home, child friendly and equipped for a big family. All tv’s have Netflix, wife and game table in case anyone wants to play. Perris is super hot so the outside area is great but not for hot weather. I was unable to find the washers but I also did not ask. The host is super communicative and fast in their response.

Great place.

The home was clean and neat with very nice art work throughout. It has a "neo-retro" vibe that I found very cool. We had a little difficulty with the home network but that was more our inability than the networks. The owner was very available to answer any questions quickly. Perris is a neat little town and we had a very enjoyable stay. I would recommend this property for a family or large group. Very spacious. ++++++++++++.

Completely dissatisfied

Arrived at house to find it unclean and very outdated. Furniture was old and worn, stair rails were filthy, heavy dust on AC grills, a Christmas tree and Christmas lights on dirty windows (in June), a pill box in the refrigerator (with someone’s pills in it). The bathrooms were outdated (I wouldn’t feel comfortable stepping in the shower).

Barbara, we are sorry the home did not meet your expectations. Our previous guests—a large family who checked out the same morning—left at 12AM, and our professional team completed a deep clean right after. When you reported concerns we could have offered to send the cleaners back immediately or approve a partial refund while they re‑cleaned, but your party decided to depart within two hours of arrival, so we never had the chance to resolve the issues on‑site. Guests before and after your stay have rated the home 5 / 5 for cleanliness, and several have already rebooked. Even so, we’ve added an extra same‑day inspection after every turnover to prevent misunderstandings. We wish you the best in your future travels.

Close to everything in PERRIS and Riverside

We needed an overflow home for the holiday since our gathering was for 30 people amd several came from AZ and Vegas. This house fit the bill Close by and roomy. Would use again. Host was very friendly and communication was excellent!
