The Space:
Accommodating up to 12 guests, Chatham Hills offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and open-concept living designed for connection. The gourmet kitchen and Amish-made farmhouse dining table invite family meals and laughter. Cozy up in the living room by the fireplace, or unwind in the lower-level game room featuring bumper pool, darts, and an arcade machine.

Step outside to explore multiple decks, porches, and firepit areas surrounded by nature. Enjoy our hot tub that is open year round! The property connects directly to the Door County Land Trust preserve—ideal for hiking, snowshoeing, or quiet morning walks with coffee in hand.
Adventure Shed:
Guests enjoy exclusive access to “The Adventure Shed,” stocked with kayaks, bikes, games, snowshoes, ice-fishing gear, and more—everything you need to make the most of your Door County adventure.
Family & Pet Friendly:
We welcome children and dogs (sorry, no cats due to allergies). You’ll find high chairs, pack ’n plays, toys, and pet essentials provided for your convenience.
Location:
Just minutes from Sister Bay, Ephraim, and Fish Creek, you’ll be close to Door County’s best beaches, marinas, restaurants, and sunset views over Eagle Harbor.
Be sure to check local websites for the most current seasonal hours for restaurants, shops, and attractions. Many businesses are open year-round, but peak season runs from April through October—outside of this time, some may operate with limited hours or close temporarily.
-A signed rental agreement with proof of ID is required.
-$1,000 REFUNDABLE security deposit HOLD is required.
-Dog fee: $50/day per dog (with approval)
-Firewood and charcoal not provided
-No RV parking (per township rules)
-Wi-Fi may occasionally be spotty due to rural location

The presence of fruit flies, gnats, May flies, horse flies, mosquitoes, bats, mice, and other such creatures does not reflect on the cleanliness of our home. -Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am in accordance with local ordinances. Please respect our neighbors and community. This is strictly enforced.
-Must be 26 years of age to book
-Unauthorized guests or exceeding the occupancy limits is strictly prohibited
-Glitter, confetti, fireworks, illicit drugs, underage drinking, and any other illegal activities are strictly prohibited
-Never leave campfires or fireplaces unattended. Make sure all flames are fully extinguished
