Traditional Osterville Cape Cod home located on the second fairway of Wianno Country Club for nice breezes and quiet. Enjoy all the town of Osterville has to offer with a short walk to the village, town tennis/pickle courts, Crosby marina, and a quick bike ride or drive to Dowses Beach (1.5 miles). Beach pass provided.

Spacious first floor with living room, sun room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. Four upstairs bedrooms, 3 with twin beds plus master with a king, and second full bath. Additional office space with multiple screens for when you need to get in a couple hours of work while away.

Updated kitchen with new cabinetry, flooring, and counters. Central A/C for 4 bedrooms upstairs. Outdoor firepit. Plenty of parking at rear of house. Separate garage with ping pong, beach chairs and toys/games for your use. One week minimum stay..

We had a wonderful long weekend staying at this charming Cape Cod home with both my family and in-laws. The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with—everything you’d hope for when booking a vacation rental.Having grown up spending summers on the Cape, this house brought back a wave of nostalgia. It felt like a true Cape Cod getaway, with all the warmth and character you’d expect. The home was thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need, from kitchen essentials to toys and puzzles that kept our kids happily entertained.The garage was a treasure trove—bikes, beach chairs, sports gear, even extra propane for the grill. It made packing and planning so much easier.The location is fantastic—right next to the Osterville Farmers Market and just a short walk to the downtown area. We loved being able to stroll into town for coffee, shopping, and more.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend this home to friends and family

Great Stay

We had a wonderful week with our family. The house was in a great location. Could walk to town, watch the golfers and just enjoy the area. The new park that is under construction will be a great addition to the town. We will definitely rent again.

Awesome Family House!

Bill & Jan's house was perfect for our family vacation down the cape. The location is perfect- beautiful street, on the golf course, and close to town. The house was spacious with a great yard for family to hang out at. Would definitely stay again! Classic cape cod charm

The home is well equipped with everything you may need. Plenty of room for a family and guests. Good location and access to local beaches. The fire pit is a nice feature to assemble after a day at the beach or travel excursion.

Nice place, great location.

Very happy with our stay (although we had the bad luck to vacation the week there were two tornado warnings.) We really enjoyed the fire pit (roasting marshmallows) and the extra sports equipment in the garage (there's a basketball hoop, balls and a bunch of other stuff... plus bikes and helmets - we had forgotten my son's helmet.) We were happy that this place allowed dogs, since that is a must for us. Cable and internet worked well and the owner was responsive when I called several times with questions. We probably wouldn't stay again only because we prefer a property with a fenced yard for our dog - other than that though, would recommend!

Terrific location in a great neighborhood! House is spacious for 8-10 people.

Bill and Jan were very pleasant to deal with answering any questions and responding to any minor issues we may have had. They supplied bikes and a beach pass that got you in all of the local beaches and fishing ponds in the area. We would definitely rent this house again.
