Great House and Great Location

We loved staying at this house near Disney. The house was spacious and we enjoyed the access to all of the local hot spots. I would highly recommend renting this house to anyone.

Host responded to communication quickly. Plenty of room for us. My only suggestion to the owner would be to update pictures on the VRBO site. The real proerty did not meet the expectations of the pictures. (I did compare pictures to actual). That being said we did throughly enjoy our stay. And it was very close for our activities.

Orlando Getaway

It was the perfect size for my family group to gather. It gave us enough rooms to sleep in, also it was very spacious so even though we had the 5 grandkids with us, we never felt we were on top of each other. It was very clean and the pool was nice. Overall we had a great experience and Hein was an excellent host !

Very nice house with heated pool and wonderful amenities

The house was very clean and well equipped. Everything from bath and beach towels, shampoo, soaps, laundry pods. The pool was heated and very nice. The house is updated and spacious. We will definitely stay here again.

Clean and remodeled house. Very spacious. Do bring k-cups, there’s no regular coffee maker.Pool heat didn’t work for us. We wasted money on this despite complaining. Hence the 4 starts.

Spacious house! We were a group of 8 scrapbooking ladies and this house had amazing space to set up our tables and work. The dining table was large enough for all of us to enjoy our meals together. The kitchen had space to cook, a nice refrigerator with filtered water, ice & storage. The cookware & dishes were adequate, however if you plan to cook for a week stay, you may need to supplement some items. The water pressure and hot water was plentiful, and beds were very comfortable. 100% cotton sheets appreciated. The weather wasn’t conducive to pool use, and it had some debris on the bottom so we didn’t get to use the pool. The downside was the kitchen had ghost ants so we made the host aware of it, and kept all our food in fridge or sealed tight. They said they will take care of it when we leave so as not to disturb our short stay. The house in general needs some love and care, it’s a typical rental, and served our purposes very well!!

The Greatest family vacation ever.

We had a good time and had a lot of fun, the house was clean and had everything you need. We didn't have any problems, but when I had a question the host would respond within minutes. The air conditioning and pool temperature were excellent. Everything clean and tidy. We already have plans to return in the summer.

Great location in Clermont

House was very spacious even with our large party. The pool was great perfect temp and very clean. The house had everything we needed towels, etc.Washer and dryer were a big plus great to be able to come home with clean clothes. This house is perfect to accommodate large groups. We never felt cramped or on top of one another. Great proximity the all the major Orlando attractions. We would would definitely stay here again. Great communication with host, always a quick response.

Affordable option

This property was all it promised to be. 5 bedrooms a pool And it was a nice home. Pro's were location And size of home. Comes where the carpet needs a cleaning but otherwise the home was perfectly adequate and affordable for what we needed . We wish the pool would have been a little warmer but that's Florida in January I guess . A little issue with our door code was solved with the owner which was very helpful. All in all a pleasant place to stay

Dirty sheets in the beds with someone underwear under the quilts . Communication with management was terrible. Tried calling only will text. Only 2 rolls bathroom tissue inhouse for 4 bathrooms. Furniture had all kind of stains on them and broken light fixtures as well in the bathrooms

The stay was “okay” HONEST REVIEW

So, the property itself was very nice and clean however, it seems like the owner did not think logical. If there will be a total of 12/13 people staying in the home, we should not have ran out of towels and rags. We had to re wash the towels and rags each day we were there. Also, what should be understood is that Florida is HOT, there is no reason why the thermostat should have kept being placed on 76/77 degrees. If you’re trying to save money on a light bill, you should not have your home listed on a VACATION RENTAL site for tourists to come stay in. The cleanliness could be better as well. The master bathroom had a certain smell, not sure what it was but it smelled a little funny. Not really interested in staying at this property again.

Our home has recently been refurbished, and it is furnished with only brand-new, high-quality items. We set up according to the same standards as other Vrbo, Airbnb businesses. Each guest will have a new set of towels including bath towel, hair towel and face towel. Our bathroom uses the very popular Air Wick scent, which may have not been your preferred scent. Our guests can alter the air conditioner's settings on the control panel to their preferences as it does not have a preset setting at any temperature, perhaps you weren't aware of that feature. Writing a review like this after you left is incredibly unfair to us since you didn't mention any concerns about these problems while you were a guest, and I was unaware that you were experiencing troubles with your stay. In order for me to help you enhance your stay and solve the issue, I would have appreciated it if you had let me know about any worries or inquiries you had while you were there. I would have been happy to assist you. Regardless, I thank you for staying at our house.
