Thank you for your feedback. We take all guest concerns seriously and want to clarify what occurred during your stay. Upon receiving your messages, we immediately dispatched maintenance to address the reported issues. They added the requested kitchenware, installed extra curtains for privacy, and thoroughly inspected the water system. Their findings indicated that the concerns you described were either resolved on-site or did not exist as stated. We were also surprised by your early request for a discount upon arrival, followed by claims that the cabin was dirty. When we sent our cleaning team to perform a deep clean, they were physically shoved out of the cabin and prevented from completing their work. This behavior, combined with the pattern of complaints, led us to believe this was an attempt to extort a refund rather than a genuine effort to resolve legitimate issues. The vast majority of our guests have excellent experiences, and we’re truly sorry this stay fell so far short of expectations. We hope future guests will judge the property by the many positive reviews it has earned.
