Just 2.4 miles to Mid Pines, 2.4 miles to Pine Needles, 6.6 Miles to Pinehurst Resort and less than 10 minutes to Southern Pines. Up the steps you will enter this second-floor, single-level, condominium with 1,400 square feet. There is tons of light with many windows and two patio doors accessing the balcony. The modern decore has soothing paint colors with a touch of navy and gray. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the covered balcony overlooking the Hyland Hills fairway or in the den while watching the 55-inch smart tv in the comfortable sectional sofa. Kitchen/dining area is open to the den, so everyone can be together as you cook at the granite island. If you need to do a little work, a desk is provided and the home has high speed internet and WiFi. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the home providing plenty of privacy. 43” Smart TVs in both bedrooms Each bath can be accessed from within the bedrooms with one bath also being accessed from the living area. The washer and dryer are located in the spacious laundry room off the hallway.

Pinehurst Family Reunion

The apartment was welcoming, clean, and very nicely updated and decorated. Location directions and check-in/out instructions were detailed and helpful. Very quiet and relaxing with super comfortable beds. We found the neighbors and area extremely friendly. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily and recommend it to anyone.

A Real Gem

Short stay in Southern Pines

This property was pretty much as pictured/described. It was relatively close to Aberdeen, Southern Pines, and Pinehurst, and 25 minutes from the Carolina Horse Park in Raeford. It was clean, the keyless entry worked as intended, and the WiFi was good.

Great stay

First off the place is larger than it appears in photos, we had plenty of room for the 3 of us and were able to fit 5 for dinner one night comfortably. Kitchen is stocked well along with everything else you would need for a multi night stay. There are more stairs than we believed. Not an issue for us but could be for someone physically challenged. Carol was very helpful with issues we had which were small but taken care of quickly. Very good communication. Showers were a little narrow and hard to turn on for our 7 year old but nothing that keeps us from using them when needed. Overall would definitely stay again, we had a great time.

Great communication with owner, with very good response time and condo was very clean!Didn’t need much in kitchen, but seemed well stocked. We travel a lot for Jr golf tournaments and have stayed in Pinehurst/Southern Pines a dozen times. I’m sure this unit is perfectly acceptable to most people. For us, it was just ok. I would recommend they upgrade window coverings as blinds do not fully cover and they are inexpensive with overuse by previous guests. Would also invest in better mattress covers as you can feel every bump & stitch/seam in the mattresses. Other renters or owners were slamming their doors during our stay, shocking lack of awareness. Location was good for our tournament at Woodlake CC. Again, I’m sure this is perfectly fine for most and I’m rating 4 out of 5 stars. We tend to be a little more picky about where we stay. I agree with someone else’s review in that shower handle difficult to move and there are a lot of steps for 2nd floor. Bldg is misleading…it’s more like 3 stories of steps, so be prepared.

We are NC natives and moved to Pinehurst in 2003 with our three children and love the area for all it has to offer. In addition to numerous golf courses there are fabulous restaurants, shopping (Downtown Southern Pines and Village of Pinehurst), tennis (clay courts), pickleball, hiking trails and an active equestrian community.

Why they chose this property

This property has an excellent location just off US Highway 1, a short distance from Downtown Southern Pines, Village of Pinehurst and Town of Aberdeen. It is a small community of less than 20 units fronting Hyland Golf Club. The balcony offers ample seating and tranquil views of the course.

What makes this property unique

Two designated parking spots are located just outside the building. The condo is a single-level layout, with a spacious balcony, vastly renovated in 2020 and completely furnished in May 2021. The host is experienced with short term rentals and has taken special care to furnish with the essentials and many extras to make your stay perfect if for only a couple days or longer. A starter pack of items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap/shampoo/lotion, trash bags, dishwaster detergent and laundry detergent is provided, along with a welcome basket of coffee K-cups and other goodies.
