This beautiful and spacious apartment is conveniently located ~one mile from the highway, downtown Freeport, and the ocean! It is only 15 minutes from both Portland and Brunswick. Enjoy a gorgeously landscaped yard with a pond, patio, and walking trails nearby. Just minutes away from a family-friendly oceanfront park and beach. There is plenty of privacy, parking, and space to relax. The variety of amenities and inviting decor will make your stay enjoyable. Dogs and families are welcome!
The space
This 800 square foot apartment is located on the first floor of a gorgeous family home offering parking, a private entranceway and patio. In addition to a separate bedroom, the apartment is quite roomy with its own workspace, computer monitor, washer/dryer, full kitchen, bathroom, and living room with a pull-out queen sofa sleeper. 40” smart tv in the bedroom and 50” in the living room. Children’s toys, board games, cribbage, puzzles, and books provided for your entertainment. The tile floor stays cool in the summer and radiates heat in the winter.

Guests will have full access to the entire apartment and patio.

**In case of a power outage or other special circumstances, the owners may need to enter the apartment without 24 hour advance notice.**

Turn off the lights and return the keys
Before you leave, please make sure to start the dishwasher (if necessary), clean all dishes, (including pet bowls, if used), and leave the door unlocked with the keys hanging on the coat rack.
If you used the pullout bed, please make sure to take the sheets off and close the couch back up! Check out is at 11am and the cleaners will plan to arrive right after your departure.

We had a great stay here in Freeport. The location was exceptional to downtown and all the things. Communication with Daneel was excellent. I travel with my dog often and this was by far the easiest and most welcoming I felt having her with me. I would absolutely stay here again.

OMG!!! We LoVed this amazing property!! The Hosts couldn't have been nicer and accommodating!! Super clean and wonderful amenities. Great area for our dogs, too!! Everything about our stay was great. The hosts were very communicative and so nice, and the rental had everything we needed including some very thoughtful touches! The grounds are beautiful and the location was very convenient for my son and I when we were visiting colleges. If he ends up in Maine I’ll definitely stay here again!

Wonderful property. Very Spacious. A lovely patio overlooking a pond. Sit back and enjoy a glass of wine after a day of sightseeing. A nice touch was a designated parking space. Did I mention, Fantastic towels!

peaceful getaway

The garden with water was beautiful and peaceful. There was plenty of room to move around. The sink in the bathroom was big enough for both my husband and I to store our toiletries. The host and owners of the property were very nice. Suggestions: make-up mirror in the bathroom and floor rugs that do not slide when you stand on them.
