We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Situated in the South Platte River Valley, this modern city draws openness from the Great Plains to the east and features spectacular Rocky Mountain views to the west. Residents of this mile-high landscape (Denver is exactly 5,280 feet above sea level, or one mile high; 1.6 km for our metric friends) are noted for their sunny dispositions and can-do attitudes.

Entire space plus building amenities is included in this rental. Please make yourself at home. The garage is temporarily closed off to guests. There are two closets upstairs that you will not have access to. Additionally, the 2nd door to the laundry room is locked because of a low ceiling that we don’t want you to hit your head on. You can still access the full laundry room from the door off the game room.

Sleeping arrangements
The house accommodates up to 10 guests across four thoughtfully arranged bedrooms. On the main floor, two bedrooms each feature a king bed, natural light, and calming Bohemian touches. Downstairs you’ll find a queen bedroom and a kid-friendly space with twin bunk beds. Every room includes fresh bed linens, extra pillows, memory foam mattresses, and room-darkening shades to ensure a restful night.

Living and entertainment
Two spacious family rooms invite you to gather and unwind, one with a 55-inch Smart TV and the other with a 75-inch screen, making movie nights and game days easy to enjoy. The lower-level game room offers a foosball table, board games, and a glass card table for friendly competition or rainy day fun. A reading nook with a fireplace and curated book collection provides a quieter corner when you want it.

Kitchen and dining
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, a coffee maker, French press, toaster, baking sheet, and all the cookware you’ll need to prepare meals. A breakfast nook adds casual seating, while the dining table comfortably seats 12 for larger gatherings. A workstation-friendly nook with an outlet makes it easy to balance productivity with time together.

Outdoor living
Step into the private backyard where a propane BBQ, picnic table, and outdoor furniture set the stage for al fresco meals. The hot tub offers a relaxing soak after a day of exploring, and the fire pit creates a cozy setting for evenings under the stars. Professional landscaping and string lights complete the atmosphere, giving you a space that feels welcoming day or night.

Comfort and amenities
Central air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep the indoor climate comfortable, while ultra-fast Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection make it easy to stay connected. Essentials such as towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer are provided, along with a washer, dryer, and iron for convenience. Families will appreciate the Pack ’n Play, baby bath, and board games, and pet owners will be glad to know the home is pet-friendly. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Parking is simple with a four-car driveway and free street options, and self check-in is available via secure keypad.

Neighborhood
Located just minutes from major highways, this home offers quick access to Downtown Denver, Boulder, Arvada, and Golden. Grocery stores and public transportation are nearby, and the quiet neighborhood setting makes it easy to relax between city adventures.

Let us know a little about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted.

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is of utmost importance. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, expelled and be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $650.
