Walking distance to SOHO, restaurants, shops, parks, grocery, etc. 6 minutes from Samford University and Brookwood Hospital. Newly renovated with all the amenities needed for a restful stay. Patio, dining room, kitchen has all the essentials including a keurig to brew pods or drip coffee. Washer/dryer with detergent available.

There was no hot tub, or jetted tub. This was one of the main reasons we booked. That was very disappointing. The condo is lovely and well appointed. It is close to shops and restaurants- we went to Shiki for Christmas dinner and walked home which was really nice. Our pups loved it and enjoyed sitting out on the patio with us. The hot tub is honestly our only complaint. The host was a great communicator and the check in process was a snap. No issues.

This was a wonderful stay! Location is perfect! Good restaurants and shops within a short walk! Can hear the neighbors upstairs pretty good, but it wouldn’t keep me from returning. Wonderful stay!

Great Place!

Location was ideal- can walk everywhere in Homewood. Also both closets can fit a pack and play so that was great. The place was very clean and cute little touches like pumpkins on the front porch made it feel so homey! We definitely hope to stay here again.

Conveniently located

Location was walking distance to several restaurants, coffee shops, and Homewood shopping. Easy to jump on hwy 31 to travel to other parts of Birmingham. Minutes from Samford campus, BJCC, UAB, the Summit shopping, Edgewood area. Clean, easy check in/out, well decorated and furnished. Overall excellent!
