Welcome to Hoadley Home, a newly furnished, freshly remodeled, and comfortable retreat designed for groups who want to relax, play, and enjoy Birmingham together. Come check us out - we've been newly renovated as of January 2026! Whether you’re here for a big game, a concert, a food-focused weekend, or a work trip with downtime built in, this home delivers space, comfort, and entertainment.

The home offers four beds across three bedrooms, including two queen rooms and a third bedroom with two twin beds. Each space is bright, thoughtfully styled, and equipped with TVs for easy nights in. The bathroom has been completely remodeled with clean, modern finishes and a fresh, upscale feel.

Inside, enjoy a spacious living area with fast WiFi, smart TVs throughout, a ping pong table, and a great selection of board games. It’s the perfect setup for game nights, pre-game hangouts, or unwinding after a day out.

The fully equipped kitchen makes hosting easy, with stainless appliances and everything you need to cook, snack, or fuel up before heading out. The indoor dining area flows seamlessly into the living space, keeping everyone connected.

Step outside to one of the home’s best features: a private, fenced backyard built for entertaining. The property was exactly as described with more than enough supplies and a well appointed kitchen. They're were loads of games, both indoor and outside, to enjoy. The neighborhood is safe and adorable and convenient to everything. Our pets were welcomed and had a lovely little backyard to enjoy. The host was spectacular. Every question was addressed promptly and kindly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
