This place was great! Very, very clean and comfortable. Very well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets in bedrooms and comfortable beds. It was way too hot to enjoy the outside, but there was a nice patio and backyard. Can't think of anything needed to make it a better place to stay. Will definitely stay again if we need a place to stay in Gainsville.

We booked this house for multiple Florida baseball weekends (wish the baseball was going a bit better!) and couldn’t be happier with the house and the host. The house has everything you need, including a great yard if you have a dog. If you are coming to Gainesville, I highly recommend you consider this house. Great place. Greater value. Great little place close to everything

Clean property, just the right size for 3 of us. Located walking distance to both a park and a police station, and just 5-10 minutes drive to pretty much everything we wanted to do and see. Would stay here again.

We had another wonderful stay! This was our second visit to this house, and it was just as great as the first. The home is clean, comfortable, and has everything we need for a relaxing getaway. We especially appreciate that it’s pet-friendly—it’s so nice to be able to bring our dog along. The location is perfect, and the hosts make everything easy. We’re already looking forward to coming back again!
