Beautiful property!

This was a wonderful get away, very quite and the night sky is beautiful! No light polution, if you have a high clearence 4x4 I recommend checking out Crystal Mill via Schofield Pass and Lead King Basin in Marble. The property was very clean, very nice patio, the sound of the river was very relaxing. Hot tub was very well kept, as well as everything else! I will be staying here again!

The Cabin with a View!

We had such a great time at this beautiful cabin. Situated between Grand Junction and Crested Butte, this is the ideal getaway to recharge and rejuvenate! From the cool morning breezes to the clean air, we couldn't get enough of the glorious weather and comfort of the cabin. This vacation rental has my highest recommendation!! :)

The kitchen was a mess food left on the counter rotting food in the fridge. The flies were horrible because the horses on the property were able to walk up to the home on every side. I was worried they would eat the paint off of the vehicles, thankfully they did not. The owners or care takers pretty sure they are the owners live above or stayed above the barn on the same property. They were friendly enough and stayed to themselves. It would hurt to hire a professional cleaner before the guests arrive. It is However vary roomy and a beautiful setting. If it wasn't for the cleanliness and the free rooming horses I would stay here again. But the fact of the matter is I wont be spending money on this property again. Hopefully they take this seriously and make changes in the future.

Beautiful riverside oasis

Our company had a meeting in Paonia and we were looking for an interesting place to stay and this property was the perfect fit. The river was at Highwater and the home was beautiful. Well-kept and modern. Never used the TV as the porch was the place to be. Would suggest this property to anyone. Met with the owners in town and they were absolutely delightful. A+
