Relax in a beautiful, secluded 3-bedroom Paonia getaway surrounded on three sides by orchards, just minutes outside downtown Paonia. Be sure to visit the 5680' Vineyards Tasting room just steps away from your front door. Experience the serenity and beauty of Paonia with visits from the local deer herds at dusk.

A great ranch layout in a beautiful orchard surrounding outside of town but reachable with a 5 minute walk.

Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is clean, spacious, functional and tastefully decorated. The perfect home for family gatherings - open spaces large enough for late night games, conversation and laughter.

The space provides everything you need and more! A great deck out back, orchards surrounding the home and a tasting room next door are just a few of the many perks!

5680' Vineyards is located right next door. Owner and winemaker, Rob Kimball, has been tending to his vines since 2003, producing some of the finest Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Syrah, Tempranillo and Merlot in the West Elks AVA.
Friday-Sunday, 11AM-6PM

First Fruits packs all of their local organic fruit right next door! Most guests take full advantage by introducing themselves and getting some mouth watering pears, apricots, cherries, peaches, plums and/or apples.

Great weekend

6 stayed in the house which accommodated us all very well. We cooked in and enjoyed a well equipped kitchen and fantastic backyard. The hosts offered us a free wine tasting at the CONVENIENTLY LOCATED wine tasting room, right next door. Great wine, and even better stories about the making of it. A wonderfully located house, nicely appointed in a really fun little town.

We found this house a charming engagement with the local agricultural landscape. Just across the quiet street was the barn with boxes of organic peaches from the nearby orchard. We bought a box from the orchard owner. Beside the house is the 6380’ Winery, also the owner of the house we stayed in. The back yard is shaded by large spruce trees with a great deck and green back yard. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms it seemed like a bargain. The house is spacious with plenty of seating areas. It’s also within easy walking distance of downtown Paonia. We wanted a place with access to the town but also a connection with the local fruit culture, and this was perfect. We also met the home owner at the 6380' tasting room and learned alot about local history and culture. It was great!
