Erin's place was wonderful! The location was quiet, safe, and walkable to the Lakeside area. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and included all the amenities we needed for our stay. We would absolutely stay again!
This apartment was described perfectly. It afforded us a very convenient stay in order to be at the ferry dock at 9:30 a.m. the next morning to cross Lake Michigan. The owner was extremely friendly and accomodating.

Very nice stay; everything we needed, Close to the beach and the event we were going to. Great communication with the owner. Thank you.
Stayed for the weekend during the Irish Music Festival. Location was just minutes from the festival grounds and downtiwn. Micro is a good description as it is pretty small, but it was cozy. Not a good choice if stairs are an issue or if your really tall. But overall it was clean and fairly comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
The stairway to get to the apartment was fairly steep-but manageable. This should be noted in it’s information. The fees seemed absorbent considering we had to take out trash , clean the kitchen and tidy the towels and make sure bathroom was in order. The bathroom does not have a real shower. It is a claw tub with a hand held shower head-the ceiling is sloped so one cannot stand to take a real showers. Again, manageable, but you need to be able to get in and out of the tub.

Before I forget you may want to check the batteries in tv remote-we could not get it to work so no tv but not a big deal!! 🥰
Minutes from downtown, minutes from Lake Michigan.

a bit cramped (it's an attic converted into an apartment), and the stairs almost certainly don't meet code - the risers are pretty high and the treads are too shallow
honestly such a fun trip to the muskegon/grand haven area — one of my favorite places to travel in michigan. listing is very accurate and we had a blast staying here for a weekend. renter beware — the shower/tub situation is a bit weird and awkward, especially if you’re on the taller side, but is still completely manageable. would stay here again!

Not recommendable.disguisting.From the beginning,: communication( forgotten access code, appartment arrangement) you don't feel welcome. The host lives with wife in the same house, ground floor. Frightening situation about several hours in the evening: shouting and big arguing,.....you bever know when it ends or what would finally happen
This was the perfect spot for my husband and I to stay. Ideal location for day trips to Ludington and Grand Haven. The apartment was very clean, bed was very comfortable, and kitchen had everything we needed to prepare quick breakfast each morning before heading out! The stairs are very steep and the ceiling in the stairwell has a couple of low spots where my husband had to duck when walking up and down them. The bathroom also has an angled ceiling. He’s 6 feet tall and was able to navigate these two areas without too much difficulty.
This unit was the perfect size, for a small family get together. The internet connection was good enough for my youngest to game and myself to catch up on some Netflix. The stove is small but perfect for my oldest to cook a lovely lamb roast with glazed brussel sprouts. The only downfall to a winter stay would be the on street parking. With winter restrictions, you need to move your car depending on the day. The property manager was great to communicate the parking restrictions before I arrived and was prompt to respond when needed.
