Very nice location! Very close to restaurants and the convention center. Only downside to location is that the parking is street only, and during the day there are limits to how long you can park, other units seemed to have reserved spots.Property manager was very polite and helpful with any questions. Atmosphere was very clean, however the apartment had a slight smell of pet dander, and the walls were thin, so you could hear your neighbors quite distinctly.I would stay here again if I had extended business in Muskegon in the future.

New and clean but not very efficient. Small, no hooks or shelves to put anything on. Not room to leave suitcase open.Three nights and only one washcloth and one towel for each of us.Still enjoyed being there, but they could add more conveniences. Comfort of bed and chairs poor

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you still enjoyed your stay, and we truly appreciate your comments. The apartment is indeed a compact 290 sq. ft. efficiency, as noted in the listing, and we understand that space and layout can feel limited depending on your needs. While we do provide a small closet with a luggage rack, that said, we appreciate your suggestions regarding towel quantity, and comfort, and we’ll be reviewing these areas with our team to see where enhancements can be made. Thank you again for staying with us.

2 night stay

My husband and I had our first mini vacay since last yr . We absolutely love lake Michigan and up north. This was our first stay at this vrbo rental. It was very convenient to the beach and right in town for a walking distance of great restaurants and entertainment. Only 2 things that could be better. The parking is a bit inconvenient. You can't park in parking lot thru the night and you can't park in the street from 8 -5pm. So there was lots of moving the vehicle since the street in front gets filled . Also the bed was very uncomfortable so we didn't sleep well unfortunately. We thought maybe the 2nd night we would but still a rough sleep. This is a place with many perks as well...comes with a full kitchen or nice appliances and enough dishes to feed 4. Clean and has a very nice patio area with a fireplace table that we unfortunately didn't get to use either so plz enjoy it as it's very peaceful to do. The owners were very kind and communication was great. If i could suggest possibly lowering the pet fee to 25 per day. It would be more reasonable and if you could put the price in your info up front before the rental agreement is signed. I feel it would be more transparent for those interested but all in all we had a really good stay. Thank you again for your hospitality

Char, thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful review! We're so glad you enjoyed your mini vacation, especially being close to the beach and downtown—it’s great to hear you made the most of the location. We appreciate your honest feedback about the parking and bed comfort, and we’ll definitely take that into consideration as we look for ways to improve. Thank you also for your suggestion regarding pricing transparency for the pet fee, and we’ll keep that in mind moving forward. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’re so happy you found the home clean, well-equipped, and easy to enjoy. We hope to welcome you back again soon—maybe next time you'll get to enjoy the patio and fire table!
