Very spacious and clean. Situated in a neighborhood that butts up to a trailer park. It was a little noisy from planes taking off. The host was good at communicating and we had everything we needed for a quick stay.

Scroll down to the review that gave the last 2 star rating. Everything they said was exactly the same way for us plus more! We didn’t even have toilet paper! The dishwasher had dirty dishes, there were wet sheets in the dryer and dirty towels waiting, no soap or shampoo in the shower. It was a terrible stay. Beware!

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize that your stay did not meet your expectations, as we strive to provide a 5-star experience for every guest. Regarding the state of the home upon your arrival, we had an unfortunate emergency: our housekeeper’s baby fell ill. This caused her to run behind schedule, which is why the laundry was still in progress and the dishwasher had not been emptied. We pride ourselves on being highly responsive hosts. As soon as you messaged us, we replied immediately and personally delivered the missing supplies (toilet paper, soap, and shampoo) to the property right away. We did everything in our power to rectify the situation the moment it was brought to our attention. While we understand your frustration with the initial delay, we are disappointed that our immediate efforts to make things right were not reflected in your review. We recognize that despite our best efforts to provide a solution, sometimes we simply cannot meet a guest's expectations. We wish you better experiences in your future travels.

Beautiful home

We stayed for one night and loved the house. It accommodated our small family and has plenty of room and space. It was very clean. We did not utilize the backyard and outdoor space. It was a little warm when we first got there, but the house quickly cools once you adjust the thermostats and it was comfortable. Great location close to a couple of restaurants within a couple of miles and walking distance to Jasper's. We would stay here again if ever in the area again.

Great central location for picking up family from airport or shopping at nearby Fred meyer, the mall, Trader Joe's and countless restaurants. Highway 99 and 5 were just around the corner. As well as our favorite Coffee Spot: Spin. Mr Sosa was quick to respond to a few requests. The house is well laid out & highly functional for 8-10 people with a garage & parking for at least three or four vehicles in front.

Housekeeping left 40 wet towels in the dryer over stuffed. No dry towels to be found. Very inconvenient. No phone number for Management contact in The Notebook. Overall, quite disappointed.

We had a great time staying at this rental in Medford. It was well maintained, clean, stocked up kitchen etc. as we spent most of the the day skiing and driving near by…didn’t spend much time in the back yard. It was perfect rental for 3 nights for two families…..we will re visit again when we plan a trip to crater lake or Ashland. Both mt.Ashland and crater lake are within driving distance. Lots of eateries near by.
