Perfect family (and pets if you have them) retreat We expected the game room and play equipment but were also delighted by the blueberries, apples and strawberries! The kitchen was well-appointed, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms modern. We would love to visit again.

The home was great for our family. All ages loved the variety of games and play structures. Beautiful, peaceful backyard. Loved the ‘mud’ room as a drop zone for shoes, umbrellas etc.

Great yard for games and game room. The owners thought of everything even the cutest cat I've ever seen visits periodically from the neighbors yard. I literally fell in love with him. Look for him and give him a hug from us!

Would definitely stay again

Amazing stay, hosts were awesome and very responsive, the home itself was super clean and had all necessities for our stay. The backyard is beautiful, that’s where we spent most of our time. Great for kids, we had a little one with us who was occupied the entire time with all the toys and activities the house had to offer.

Nice house

The house was immaculate, and well provisioned. I have stayed in numerous rentals and this was by far the nicest. Don’t be put off by the other houses on the street as you approach. This one is an oasis.

Our stay at this family-friendly home was absolutely fantastic! The space was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. The location was perfect, close to local attractions and outdoor activities that kept both kids and adults entertained. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. We truly appreciated the kid-friendly amenities and the peaceful atmosphere, making it a memorable getaway for our family. We're already planning our trip back next summer. We highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a cozy, convenient, and family-oriented vacation spot!

Cozy as home

I grew up having sleep overs with my best friend in this home, so it was super fun to come stay in it with my family now that it is a rental. There was something for everyone to do and relax and play together. Beds are on the firmer side.

Great rental for kids

Super great communication the week of our upcoming rental. Welcomed with some nice treats. Nice warm beverage station, ground coffee, both regular and decaf, good tea selection. Many games in the game room to keep big kids entertained, table tennis, air hockey, and basketball.

Great House for Families

The house is set up perfectly for families. There's always something for the kids to do and plenty to keep the adults busy (or just relaxing) as well. The back yard is fantastic - an entertainer's dream - with a fire pit, jungle gym, cornhole, etc., etc., and even an apple tree...that we may have stole a few apples from. The house was clean (super important) and there was everything we needed. It's close to stores and restaurants and is only a few minutes from downtown. Definitely staying here again next time we are in Medford.

Good Base for Crater Lake

We stayed here when we took my dad to Crater Lake. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. We did notice the water heater can't keep up with multiple guests. We had to work out a shower schedule and keep them short so we didn't have icy showers.

Travel Ball Weekend

We came up to Medford for a travel ball tournament and can't say enough great things about this house. It is definitely set up for a family/families to come stay. They have everything there you could need, and have all ages covered from high chairs to teens. The yard is amazing, and the house is very well kept. It was raining the weekend we were there and the kids (and husbands) were never bored thanks to the game room! The mud room in the front was perfect for our baseball players to drop their gear and take their cleats off. We will definitely book this house for any trip in the area.
