About this property

Spacious Newly Furnished Townhome

This beautiful like new townhome is 3.2 miles from downtown Auburn/ Auburn University.

Enjoy a like new unit with brand new paint, furniture, and amenities (dish ware, televisions, linens etc)

Upstairs are two bedrooms each with a queen bed and each with their own bathroom. The main bedroom has a television as well as the en suite bathroom.

Downstairs in a spacious open floor plan with a stylish living room. The kitchen has bar stools as well as a dining table and space to spread out! This unit has two parking spaces that any size vehicle should easily fit in. It is a small easy to navigate complex with just a few townhomes. Park right outside the back patio making the walk from your car to the back door almost non existent. There are four steps from the parking pad to the patio/ back door entrance.

Enjoy the serene back patio with brand new furniture and sun shades, or go out on the front porch and enjoy the across the street view of the pond with water feature.

This unit is close enough for easy access to anything that Auburn has to offer but quiet enough for families to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful stay.

All linens, towels, and household essentials are provided. A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc will be provided. Please bring your own/additional if you have a preference or will be staying for an extended period.

We were in town for my son’s fraternity event. We couldn’t be more pleased with this townhouse. The unit was very clean and was exactly as described. The location was about 10 minutes from campus which worked out perfectly. Amanda was a great host and communicated well. I would highly recommend this townhouse!
