Quiet part of the house with a spacious south-facing terrace. The 100 sqm apartment is located in the popular town of Berg at the end of a cul-de-sac in the conservation area, just a few minutes' walk from the center with shops, pharmacy, bus stop, several cafes and restaurants, just under 1 km from Lake Starnberg. By car you need a quarter of an hour to Starnberg and half an hour to Munich. Marienplatz in Munich can be reached in one hour by bus and S-Bahn.
A five-minute walk away is a mini-ski lift for children, beginners and tobogganing. However, only when there is snow. There are no snow cannons.
