This ground floor, ski-in, ski-out, two-bedroom residence offers a family room with a sleeper sofa, a full kitchen with custom cabinetry and granite countertops, plus a spacious dining area. Additional features include two guest suites, each with an attached bathroom and king size bed, a private patio, washer/dryer and garage parking. This residence can be converted into a one-bedroom and studio.
Guests will appreciate The Charter’s outstanding location and on-site amenities including: indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, a fitness facility, two restaurants, Charter Sports, a full-service ski, snowboard and bike shop, the game room and fire pit. Complimentary shuttle service to/from Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch is also available.

Nice place
The location is great. Less than 10min walk to beaver creek village and you can ski on/off. The apartment itself was clean and a good layout. We have two kids and it held us comfortably. However, while the complex looks relatively new, the apartment could use a remodel. It definitely reminded me of stepping into my grandparents house.
