This condominium was well maintained and clean. It is well located near the village and an easy walk to anywhere within the village. It is also well equipped with cooking supplies, linens and firewood. We have two complaints... the master bathroom shower is barely usable due to poor design as the valve is located right under the shower head within a glass enclosure and soaks you with freezing water when you turn it on. There is no way around it. Then you have to continue to get soaked with either cold or scalding water as you adjust the temperature. We ended up using the hallway shower instead for our entire trip as none of us felt like grappling with it.
The second major issue is with the Charter itself; beware of the 5 PM check in time! We love staying at the Charter but had forgotten this MAJOR detail. After traveling all day we were absolutely exhausted but had to wait 3 hours to get into our room. It put quite a damper on our first day of vacation.

Hi Rebeca & thanks for your feedback. We're so sorry you had to deal with this shower situation & have passed along your comments to the homeowner & our maintenance team to see what can be done to fix this. Regarding the check in time, we understand that this can be difficult, but with multi-bedroom residences with a family room, kitchen, outdoor space, etc. cleaning & sanitizing takes much longer than a traditional hotel room. It is possible for guests to drop luggage with our front desk & use the amenities, however, so that those who arrive early can enjoy the resort.
