Additional features include a desk/workspace, ceiling fan, shared washer/dryer and garage parking. This studio is a lock-off and can be joined to the adjacent residence to create a two-bedroom unit.

Great Location

The Charter is a great location. The kids loved the pool and the Charter Steakhouse was very good. The location is close to BC village and easy access to the slopes.The Charter shuttle service was super convenient and made getting around very easy!

Ok stay

Overall ok, wasn’t happy about not having availability of utensils/bowls, no toaster or microwave, wasn’t stated in listing. Seems like they try to have you get breakfast downstairs at $28/person. They also should’ t charge to park if renting a unit. Pool and hot tub areas very nice, that was great. Fridge in room-door doesn’t close all the way, & we also couldnt get access to A bldg door at night when walking back from village, key pad does t work, you get locked out & have to walk to front lobby. Rate is much too high for the quality and what is provided. Room is a bit dated also.
