This second floor, ski-in, ski-out, one-bedroom residence offers a family room with a sleeper sofa, a complete kitchen with granite countertops, a dining area, and guest suite with a king size bed and attached bathroom. Additional features include a private deck, washer/dryer and garage parking. This one-bedroom is a lock-off and can be joined to the adjacent residence to create a two-bedroom unit.
Guests will appreciate The Charter’s outstanding location and on-site amenities including: indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, a fitness facility, two restaurants, Charter Sports, a full-service ski, snowboard and bike shop, the game room and fire pit. Complimentary shuttle service to/from Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch is also available.

This place was great. Easy to access the slopes and the village. Place had just the right amount of amenities. Kitchen was fully equipped. Made dinners with friends and had a blast!

Another great weekend at The Charter
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Charter. This unit was absolutely perfect for my wife and I. We have stayed at The Charter numerous times and this unit was perfect location to the restaurant, pool, hot tub, and the shuttle. I highly recommend!
