Three spacious bedrooms await. The primary suite features a king‑size bed, while the two additional rooms each hold a queen‑size bed, offering ample space for families or groups.



Bathrooms

Two full bathrooms serve the home. The primary bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom, and a second hallway bathroom provides convenient access for guests.



Kitchen & dining

A large, fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless‑steel appliances, a Keurig coffee machine, and plenty of counter space for meal prep. Adjacent, an open‑concept dining area makes it easy to share meals and conversation.



Living spaces

The open living room blends comfy seating with boho‑inspired decor, creating a relaxed setting for movie nights on the Smart TV or simply lounging with a good book. High‑speed, free Wi‑Fi keeps you connected throughout your stay.

The Neighborhood:

Roughly a 13-min drive to the beach - 7-min to McKee Botanical Gardens - 8-min to Downtown Vero Beach



Located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood where everyone tends to keep to themselves. There is an older pup next door that you'll hear bark to say 'hello' from time to time. You'll have the driveway to park, which will accommodate up to (2) vehicles.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (2) cars may park in the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.
