Apartment Marquardt - Modern apartment in a historic setting

Our modern apartment in a historic setting is located on an agricultural homestead, which was built in 1750 in the district Benratherhof, which belongs to the municipality Paschel. This is absolutely idyllic in the midst of green nature, nestled between meadows and forests. Our apartment is the ideal starting point for excursions to Kell am See, Losheim am See, Saarburg, Trier (oldest city in Germany with many cultural offers), the neighboring Saarland, France and Luxembourg.

Modern apartment in historic ambience:
The apartment with separate entrance is located on the first floor and is 70 square meters. It was renovated in 2017 and completely refurbished. It is divided into a spacious living room, a separate kitchen with dining area, a modern bathroom, a children's room with bunk beds and a double bedroom. A large couch in the living room offers additional sleeping for two people. A patio with garden furniture is available for our guests.

Unsere Zeit auf dem Familienbetrieb der Familie Marquardt war wirklich sehr schön und nur zu empfehlen. Sehr freundlich und für Fragen rund um den Bauernhof immer ein offenes Ohr. Auch die Nachbarn sind sehr sehr nett.Die Wohnung ist sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt.Von dort haben wir Ausflüge nach Luxemburg, Trier, Saarburg, Bitburg und Konz unterkommen.Gern wieder

Ruhige, nette Wohnung im Grünen, in der alles vorhanden ist, was man braucht. Unsere Kinder haben die Kühe und Kälbchen direkt ins Herz geschlossen und vor allem Jimmy, den knuffigen Hofhund. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und aufgeschlossen. 😊👍

Toller Aufenthalt auf dem Land in Stadtnähe

Wir haben die Wohnung als Startpunkt für unsere Ausflüge nach Trier benutzt und wir haben die Woche auf dem Hof sehr genossen - die Gastgeber und Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich und unsere Kinder hatten viel Spaß mit den Tieren auf dem Hof (Milchkühe, Kälbchen, ein Hund und eine unbekannte Anzahl Katzen). In der Nähe konnte man prima Drachen steigen lassen.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sauber. Es duftet nach Landluft. Vom Fenster aus kann man die Kälbchen beobachten. Vor allem unseren Kindern hat es sehr gut gefallen und sie wären gerne länger geblieben.

Prettig appartement op zeer goede locatie

De woning voldoet aan de verwachtingen, zoals aan de omschrijving op de website aangegeven. Prettig aan de woning is met name de grote (woon)keuken en de woning is ruim genoeg en is zeer schoon. De verhuurders zijn uitermate vriendelijk en gastvrij en desgewenst elke dag (gratis) verse koeienmelk. Leuk voor kinderen om op een boerderij zo dicht bij de koeien en kalfjes te verblijven, eten te geven en gemolken zien worden. Fijn is de ligging op een rustige locatie met wat huizen redelijk vlakbij, maar verder vooral veel weilanden en bos in de directe omgeving, terwijl de mooie en leuke stad Trier op slecht 20 autominuten verderop ligt. Ook zijn er voldoende bezienswaardigheden in de directe omgeving (tot max. 1,5 uur rijden), van leuke dorpjes/stadjes met vakwerkhuizen, zoals Saarburg, Bernkastel en Koblenz (met kabelbaan over de rivier), de prachtige Moezel(vallei), met uiteraard diverse bootvaart mogelijkheden, eindeloze korte en lange wandelroutes bij bijv. de Teufelsschlucht (aanrader). Burcht Eltz (wees er vroeg het is er wel druk) is ook een echte aanrader, dionoparken (2 ja) voor de kinderen etc. etc. Eignlijk te veel om op te noemen en met een beetje rond googelen makkelijk te vinden, en anders krijg je desgevraagd tips van de buurvrouw :) Wij hebben als klein gezinnetje, met ons dochtertje van nog net geen vijf jaar echt een super leuke vakantie gehad.
