This beautiful, uncrowded, gated community is perfect for a getaway with family and friends. Enjoy fishing, crabbing, biking, lounging by the neighborhood pool - just steps from the front door - walking along the beach or riding the waves. The ocean is a short stroll from the house!
Sealofts boast an open floor plan, cathedral ceilings, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms with three decks to enjoy the sunshine from. 929 Sealoft has a lovely marsh view from any of the decks. The fully equipped kitchen has been beautifully remodeled with Corian countertops, updated cabinets and appliances, and tile flooring. Freshly painted, the living room has plenty of seating for the entire family, a 65 inch QLED 4k tv with smart features, games, cards and a variety of books for your enjoyment. Property has GigE speed internet. The master bedroom has a king size bed, adjoining bathroom with a shower, and sliding glass doors leading to one of three decks. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen bed, a 43 inch 4K smart TV and access to a full bathroom with a shower/tub. Upstairs in the loft (open to the living room below) is two twin beds. The sun deck is the perfect retreat for star gazing at night or sunning during the day. This home offers bed accommodations for six people.
Walk to the neighborhood pool or to the beach via Boardwalk 3A. Ride a bike 1/2 mile to the Beach Club pools, dining at the clubhouse or Pelican's Nest, or golf. Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are available for purchase. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/ bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 3
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
Pets NOT allowed- owners highly allergic
Pedestal/Pod underneath is not accessible to renters.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
