Great property and location. Easy walk to the beach and to the activity area with pool, arcade and bowling and convenience store/restaurant. The condo was very comfortable and served us well during our trip.

Great experience! Had a wonderful breeze coming from the ocean the entire trip, The location on island was fantastic and very convenient. Condo was as advertised and clean. Had a wonderful vacation and will consider this property again in the future.

Excellent property. Price for the villa was less than similar ones through the resort. Bina answered quickly when asked before we arrived but never needed to contact him during our stay.

Great location on the lagoon, short walk or bike to the pool and beach. Good indoor and outdoor spaces. Updated bathrooms are very nice. Some minimal wear and tear, but overall very pleasant stay for my family.

We so enjoyed the unimpeded access to the lagoon, its birds and wildlife, and the close proximity to the ocean...made for a terrific vacation.

Fun Kiawah Stay

We enjoyed staying in this property and would definitely make a return trip. Easy access via bikes to everything in East Beach. The property was clean, pleasant, and well furnished. The kids room was great for our children.

Beautiful, peaceful stay

We had the most peaceful stay at this facility. Our host, Bina, was most gracious and accommodating. The home had everything we needed, was comfortable and beautiful. The view from the back deck was wonderful. Right on a lake.

Lovely home

We were in town for a wedding so didn’t spend much time at the apartment, but it was lovely and clean, and we had everything we needed! the porch was great.

Great location and property!

We so enjoyed the condo we stayed at in Kiawah. We loved the location very short walk to beach. We loved watching the water outside our window to see fish jumping! We loved having Kiawah island resort privileges as well- we used the pool each day kids loved the slides! We definitely would return and stay in the same location. Highly recommend

Just what we needed...

Great location very close to the beach and Night Heron. Back deck overlooking the lake is great for morning coffee and gives nice shade and a breeze for breaks across the day. Was perfect for what we needed. Bring along whatever basics you'll want for the kitchen (any spices, olive oil, etc). We would certainly do it again.

Our favorite in Kiawah for years!

Our family of 4 has been coming to Kiawah and stayed at Bina's condo for several years now and it is terrific. Beautiful view of lagoon for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails. Close to everything. Our teenagers play sports all day, swim and meet many other teenagers with all the activities. The parents bike,walk, jog, beach, pool and visit Charleston. Many restaurants now around Kiawah to eat. Easy good, no reservation places to eat is Red's and East Village is good. From all of our visits to Kiawah now we begin trip going straight to Walmart (mile from airport) and stock up for the whole week or two. Fill in at Freshfields.

Wouldn’t Stay at this Property Again

The Good: The property is centrally located on Kiawah, which makes it easy to get to golf, resort pools and restaurants within 10-15 minutes by shuttle provided. The Bad: The property manager never gave us instructions on how to check into the property. We had to contact her an hour after our scheduled check in time to find out how to access the property. Any other time I have stayed at a VRBO property that information is sent in advance or by the time of check in. The lock on the back sliding door is broken, and the stick provided to “lock” this door is short of the door jam, providing little to no security. The Ugly: We had to kill and dispose of 6 cockroaches during our stay. One within the first 15 minutes. We were not offered any time of resolution after reaching out to the owner regarding this issue except for to call housekeeping to get a pest control company out there- not what you want to spend your time doing while on vacation. Overall: I wouldn’t rent this unit again based on the issues and lack of communication we received from the property manager. Would definitely return to Kiawah, but it won’t be here.

I am sorry to see how upset you are. 1. I sent to you written instructions on how to check in along with the Resort reservation number when the reservation is made 2. This information is repeated again on my site on VRBO 3. South Carolina has roaches in the summer and they come in inspite of monthly pest control service. I do not recall getting any phone from you regarding the issue. There is a phone in the villa with access to all Resort services. Had you called The Front Desk they would have sent pest control immediately 4. Things sometime break. That’s why the Resort has 24 hours maintenance service but only if you call them. I will share your review with Kiawah island Resort so they can attend to the lock and cockroaches. Thank you for taking the time to write a lengthy review. Bina

Great location to the beach and pool. Santuary was 5 mins away and was a nice place to visit. Villa was as expected. Some wear shown and not as clean as expected. Looks like it had sit unused for a time. Outside screen door was extremely dirty. Beds were comfortable and there were beach chairs to use that were very nice. WiiFii and TV worked well. Great view of one of the lakes and alligators.

Great Location

I met family in Kiawah and when I hosted dinner at this rental we enjoyed sitting the deck watching local wildlife and even saw a young alligator swim across the lake. Easy bike ride to the beach and Sanctuary hotel.
