This house was perfect! We loved the decor, and the cozy feel! The kitchen was well stocked, and the blankets and heaters kept us warm at night. We enjoyed our time by the fire also! The best part was location! Best spot to be in Seaview! We loved our stay!

Loved it. It was the best place I've rented for amenities. Games, books, movies, cookware, and a huge yard with deer. I did have a bit of a hard time finding it because it sits back off the road and so does the board with the address on it. But we loved it.

We enjoyed our stay at this cute home, which we visited in April 2026. Our hosts made it easy to be there with a dog, providing extra towels, blankets and dishes for canines. The enclosed porch was a bonus, allowing for doggie security when we were outside. We enjoyed the visiting deer in the backyard. Wendy stayed in communication and responded quickly when we brought forward a minor issue with the stove. The wifi was good and reliable through some really stormy weather. We enjoyed being within walking distance of a grocery and other services.

What a sweet little beach house. Just perfect for our group of 3. The location is super convenient to restaurants and groceries. It was a great home base for exploring the Long Beach peninsula. Great location! It was close to a lot of restaurants, stores, etc. Instructions for the TV would help. Also, it would be helpful to have somewhere to put a suitcase in the bedrooms.
