Villa Del Mar is a private vacation villa minutes from all St. Thomas has to offer. Two bedroom suites with private balconies, large great room, three dining areas and two private terraces. The villa boasts ocean views from every room including the pool, private balconies and terraces. Don't fight the crowds in a condo when you can have a private home.

Adjoining the great room of the villa is a newly furnished patio including a spacious alfresco dining area with weber gas grill, loungers and a heated (82 degrees) infinity edge pool with unbelievable ocean views. There is a second large terrace with additional private lounge space and dining area with ocean views surrounded by lush tropical trees and flowers. The villa has a generator in case of power outage and its own three step UV water purification & carbon filtration system.

The estate is located in the gated security patrolled walkable community of Mahogany Run on the prestigious north side of St. Thomas. The Villa is has a additional private drive gate for extra privacy.
Del Mar is part of a larger estate that can be rented as a five bedroom or two bedroom. THIS listing is for the two bedroom option. While you're in Del Mar, the rest of the estate will remain unoccupied. Your party will be the only people on the estate. The other rooms will be locked off without access. With a step-free entrance, the Main villa is also step-free along with suite two, allowing all family members access to the main areas of the estate.
While Villa Del Mar is a family friendly home with a pack & play available; please note there are stairs to suite one and the pool is not fenced.
Villa Del Mar is a managed by the property owners who take pride in providing a personal vacation experience. Please note security cameras are present.

The island's capital of Charlotte Amalie, is a short 15 minute drive from the estate is where you will find the best boutiques, shopping and oceanfront dining. Red Hook is a short 20 minute drive where you will find more restaurants, nightlife and the 30 minute ferry to St. John. With a central location on the island, you are never too far from the pristine beaches of the island.

Absolute paradise, stunning views, complete privacy, out if this world adventure!

Breathtaking atmosphere, sitting by the pool at night under a full moon was my favorite overlooking the ocean. We slept upstairs and it was glorious. I was celebrating my 50th Birthday with my husband and two friends. The pictures do not do it justice!

Just stayed 8 nights at the Villa Del Mar. The villa is exactly as described, very clean, comfortable, spacious and private. The views are spectacular, and we appreciated all the little touches …spices in the kitchen, beach chairs, snorkels mask and fins, cooler, ample beach towels, etc. Also, the Villa sits in a gated community with an additional gate at the end of the driveway, making it very quiet and safe. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in St Thomas look no further. Tressa was also very helpful and shared a lot of info on the area, amenities, restaurants, etc.

The Villa is amazing! My husband and I had such a wonderful time. It is very spacious and well maintained. The kitchen has everything you need for just a nice small dinner or a large get together. The laundry room was very handy and spacious as well. It is just beautiful! Tressa, was great to work with! She gets back to you very quickly and makes sure you have everything you need for a great stay!

Serenity and Pure Bliss

Villa Del Mar/Del Mar Dos is pure beauty and bliss on a hill away from the hub bub of downtown St. Thomas. The house is stunning and the views from every room make put you in immediate R&R mode. This is one of the few houses where staying in and lounging by the pool is just as enjoyable as going to the beach! The house is fully stocked with everything you could need both in the bathrooms and the kitchen; this is a huge relief when traveling so you don’t have to pack all the little extras. Tressa leaves fully detailed instructions on how to access everything and great suggestions on where to go around the island. She is also highly responsive and easy to communicate with so our rental experience was so easy. Don’t miss out on this little piece of paradise and thank you Tressa for such an enjoyable stay!

Absolutely stunning

The view was even more breathtaking than the photos. The property was lovely. I'm pretty particular about things like how a property smells, cleanliness, the wear of furniture etc. The house is immaculate and everything we needed for a day at the beach was at our fingertips. Also, the neighborhood is nice and quiet.

Amazing home with gorgeous views

Property was beautiful with stunning views of the BVIs from pool and balconies. Kitchen was well stocked and very functional. The master bedroom was amazing, with a balcony, soaking tub and an outdoor shower! Our host Tressa was very helpful and answered all questions before and during our trip. And Caribbean Concierge services are a wonderful group and an amazing added benefit of staying at Villa Del Mar. We would absolutely recommend this property and will be bringing a larger group back.

I don't know where to start to describe what a wonderful stay we had at Villa Del Mar. If I could rate it more than 5 stars I would. To begin, the Villa contact, Tressa, is wonderful. She stays in touch throughout the booking process, is readily available during your stay if needed, and even proactively checked in to make sure everything was perfect. Which it was. The Villa is incredible, inside out out. It is set up just like your own personal home, there is virtually nothing additional you need outside of perishables of course. We could not have been more comfortable or felt more at home. You will have to drag yourself away from the beautiful pool with the panoramic views to go explore the rest of what St Thomas has to offer. That is how good it is. When we return to St Thomas, which we certainly will, we will definitely be booking here again. This is one of those rare cases where the actual product is even better than what is shown in the pictures and descriptions.

This gorgeous home was the perfect choice for our Spring vacation. This stay truly felt like paradise. From the time of booking to check-out, the process was as smooth as butter. The booking agent was so helpful and really went above and beyond to give detailed and helpful information during our stay. A truly fantastic stay with and uncompromised view!

We had such a fantastic time that I simply had to follow up on our stay with a glowing review. The owner(s) really takes the needs of their guests to heart and thought of all of the details before arrival... From the umbrellas and chairs that you'd otherwise have to rent, to a house filled with all of the starter basics one could need, to the concierge service to book excursions and the like, we felt well taken care of. The home itself is set on a hilltop with the most (truly) stunning view, the bedrooms were spacious and perfect with their balconies, and the common areas were all welcoming to small or large groups. The entire outdoor space was expansive, well-maintained, and completely inviting. The only thing I would change? A longer stay at Villa Del Mar!

We booked the villa for a few days in August 2023 and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The space was big, bright and inviting and included every amenity you could think of - we wanted for nothing during our stay and truly felt 'at home'. The kitchen was fully stocked and included beyond-basics spices, condiments and most importantly, coffee and sugar. It made 'settling in' a breeze since we didn't have to run to the market. The bedrooms, baths, and living room were very spacious and comfortable. The crowing jewel of the property is the infinity pool. Most of our time was spent on the patio taking in the breathtaking view of Hans Lolick Island. We woke up and swam to that glorious view and ended our beach days swimming under the stars. Villa del Mar was nothing short of magnificent and the perfect place to decompress and "live your best life" - if only for a short time. We will return!

Our family had a wonderful vacation on St. Thomas. Villa Del Mar is everything. Stunning, well appointed, with island charm that draws you in and immediately relaxes your mind and body. Tressa is thoughtful, organized and meticulous, and it shows in this beautiful villa. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t already at our fingertips. She gave us great advice on beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, as well as how to avoid the cruise ship crowds. We followed her lead and curated the perfect week on St. Thomas. Coming home to Villa Del Mar at the end of our beach days was always the highlight. We looked forward to soaking up the breathtaking views from the pool deck. Lush and colorful landscaping with the deep blue ocean sparkling in the backdrop. We sipped our coffee in the mornings and cocktails in the evenings, watching sailboats and pelicans and imagining what it would be like to explore all of the small islands you can clearly see in the distance. I think we took 100 pictures of this view and plan to frame some of them to hang in our own home. Oh - and the outdoor shower is genius and glorious!! Nothing like it!! Thank you for a beautiful and memorable vacation, Villa Del Mar!

Absolutely amazing

Our stay was wonderful because this place is GORGEOUS and Tressa is a great hostess.We were blown away the second we walked onto the property because the house, the views, the amenities are all top notch. Tressa was fantastic in communicating with us before, during, and even after our stay. She reached out after check in to ask if we needed anything and then again during the tropical storm which unfortunately found its way into our vacation. She checked in to make sure we were okay and if everything was working properly in the storm. We definitely appreciated having the whole house generator which kept everything working during the power outage which didn't last too long (power was off and on for a day). This house is loaded with every amenity you can imagine. We didn't want for anything and were thrilled not to have to buy extra items such as laundry detergent, spices, basic cooking items, etc. The villa has everything you need to feel like "home" during your stay. And I can I mention the views? We got married at Lindquist Beach but came back to the villa afterwards and decided to do some photos in the side garden and on the pool deck. When we sent those photos to friends, they all commented the pictures looked like postcards photos. We loved the pool and the outdoor shower was awesome. We actually laughed when we got back home how boring our shower was compared to the outdoor one we enjoyed at Villa Del Mar! We hated to leave but we will definitely return.

Beautiful Property

Del Mar is a beautiful Villa in a central location on the island. This rental is part of a larger Villa, so you have all the grounds of a large villa, but only the two rooms. The Large Kitchen/dining/living space easily accommodated the four of us. The Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen is stocked with every tool or gadget you would need. The heated infinity edge pool overlooking the islands is the icing on the cake!
