Welcome to Ocean Point in A Place at the Beach in Atlantic Beach, North Carolina. Whether you are planning a quiet relaxing getaway or a vacation filled with activities, you have chosen the perfect location.

You will love this three bedroom, three bath unit on the second floor, complete with ocean and pool views. This condo has been fully renovated and is ready for you to enjoy! We have everything you need for a bougie beach vacation, including:
New king and queen beds, and updated bedding/pillows in all rooms
Sleeper sofa in living room
New couches, chairs and dining furniture in the open-concept living area
Two new 55' Smart TVs located in the common area and master bedroom
New stainless steel appliances, including ice maker and dishwasher
A fully renovated kitchen with chef's island, quartz countertops and a glass tile backsplash.
LVP flooring throughout the unit
Redesigned wet bar with Keurig and drip coffee makers
Bedrooms: With 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, this condo offers space for everyone. The master bedroom boasts a new king bed, en suite bathroom and access to the balcony. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed, with a full bathroom located right outside of the room. The third bedroom includes 2 twin beds, and an adjacent bathroom as well. Sleeper sofa in living room. Sleeps 8. All linens are provided as part of the booking/cleaning fees.

Features: Ocean Point offers free WiFi, cable, and smart tvs to connect to your subscription services. We provide a fold out desk for anyone who might need to work remotely while at the beach. The unit also offers a private laundry room within the unit, with a full-size washer and dryer. Traveling with children? Within our unit, we have crayons, coloring books, indoor toys, and beach toys for those traveling with little ones. To make your day on the white sand of the Crystal Coast more convenient, we also have beach chairs, umbrellas, and a beach cart for your use.

Things to do at the resort: Ocean Point is located steps away from many of the resort amenities at A Place at the Beach, including hot tub, tennis, basketball, outdoor bowling, shuffleboard, mini golf, ping pong, soccer, beach volleyball and the outdoor pool with water slide, and indoor pool for those rainy days. If you don't feel like cooking indoors, grab the grill kit from our laundry room and head out to one of 3 different grilling stations around the resort. All amenities are available during the offseason, except for the outdoor pool. Access to amenities are included in your stay at Ocean Point - including sporting equipment like tennis rackets, mini golf clubs, basketballs, and more.

For the 2025 season, the outdoor pool will open from mid-May through October. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, the resort offers daily activities for our vacationers, including beach yoga, kid's scavenger hunts, live music at the pool, cornhole tournaments and more. There's always something to do at A Place at the Beach!

Accessibility features: There is an elevator and luggage carts available within the building to help with move in and move out. The elevator is located in the center of the building, and is a short walk to the unit. The resort also has two beach wheelchairs available for use, and a long boardwalk ramp to get onto the beach. Beach wheelchairs are located on the boardwalk and are first come first served.

The week was fabulous! Host was very responsive. The condo was stocked and clean! Having 3 bedrooms made it cozy and had enough space for 2 families with a room for the kids. We will definitely be back!!!

Great condo!

Really love this complex! Close to the beach and a great ppol/water slide. This was my first stay in a 3-bedroom at this complex and we really loved the layout and were very comfortable with the amount of privacy for extended family. Condo was well stocked with necessary items.

Great amenities and communication from owners. Ease of access to unit and loved not carrying a key. Wifi was annoying that you had to login several times a day. TVs were on a different wifi network so couldn’t airplay to them. Not sure one bathroom was cleaned upon arrival and had to buy some toilet paper since there was none in that bathroom. Location was nice access to beach

I never write reviews, but I was so pleased with the condo I wanted to make sure and say so! I am very particular about the cleanliness of rentals and I was so happy with the condition of the unit. It was very clean, the linens were in great shape, and I felt very comfortable there. I also appreciated the extra cleaning supplies that were in the unit so we could keep the place tidy during our stay. I found the unit to be very thoughtfully maintained and well stocked for guests. In addition, there were lots of beach toys, chairs, etc for us to use which was a nice bonus! Definitely recommend!

Property was nice and well kept. Condo is a bit smaller than it looks in the photos. Elevator was inconvenient to get to so we did the stairs the whole week. No laundry in unit but there was coined machines to use on property. Minor fixes would make this property better.

We stay at APATB pretty often and this was exceptional. Clean, well stocked with extra supplies to get you through the week, and plenty of kitchen appliances and dishes to use. The manager reached out before the trip and told us to contact her immediately with any issues but we had none. The only hassle from this location is getting to the beach with two infants and all of the stuff we had to bring. It’s at the far end of the property opposite of the beach and it’s a good haul navigating the fire block doors and the elevator. But these are not issues with the property itself. Overall great stay.

Wonderful time had by all.

Well stocked with all essentials, food, table settings, towels and more. There are more bowls and plates than usual in a unit. This meant when we had family over from other units we could all eat together. The table on the balcony was very good for feeding people. There was a plumbing issue that required a plumber. Owners arranged for great plumber. Although there was no water for a short time we just went to the beach and when we came back it was repaired. They have beach chairs and container with small toys for the children. Can't think of a thing that they left out. Hope you have as good of a time as we did. Jane
