Charming updated home. Spacious luxurious king bedroom, sweet inviting queen bedroom, and fun twin bedroom with two trundles located under them for extra sleepers.

Wagon, cooler on wheels and beach chairs for use.

Golf cart rental available for a $200 flat fee for up to 7 days.

$150 flat pet fee for up to 7 days, Hypoallergenic dogs only. Cameras on site.

Access to beach, Sprint Tide Market and Deli, Marina store, marsh board walk children's parks, community center activities etc.

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
LINENS – • Wash/dry all towels • Remove bed sheets/leave in the rooms DISHES – • Wash/put away dishes, okay to have load running in washer TRASH – • Bag all trash/bring out to garbage bins
BEACH EQUIPMENT – • Brush sand off beach chairs, wagon, and cooler and place up against wall in garage OUTSIDE AREAS – • Pick up all trash/Sweep off back deck and debris from furniture
GRILL - • If grill was used: clean racks from food and grease, replace the cover GOLF CART (if rented)- • Remove any trash or personal items • Brush sand off • Plug into charger
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Wonderful and peaceful

We loved staying here. Very convenient to all the amenities and an easy walk to the beach. Loved having access to the golf cart and really enjoyed the deck and the deer watching.

Fripp Island Family Vacation

The Coral Pelican as was named on the VRBO listing on Fripp Island is centrally located. Excellent access to the fitness center and great beach access . A golf cart is a must!! Alecia was very attentive to all my questions and a wonderful host. Our family loved the island and we will definitely be returning.

Great location! Perfect for a relaxing time with family!

This property is in a great location with great space for a family of 6! The island doesn't have many options for dining so most of our meals were at "home". The open living area was great for spending time together whether eating or relaxing. This was my husband's first time on the island, so he was very impressed with the plentiful deer. The views from this home and back deck were amazing! A great, quiet, relaxing place to visit!

Good location and plenty of room for our family. This property would be a 5 star with some TLC upkeep. Maintenance upkeep, repairs, peeling paint, broken beach chairs etc. Beds were comfortable and the host was very responsive to any questions or requests.

We enjoyed our family vacation in this house with a great location and beautiful view from the back deck! Alecia was very easy to work with and quickly responded to a problem with the golf cart. We would definitely recommend this property for anyone visiting Fripp Island!

Absolutely perfect

The coral pelican was perfect for our stay. We had two sets of twins, two sets of parents plus one little one. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare all of our meals, the garage space was perfect for beach staging, the outdoor shower was a huge hit for the teens (I dont think they showered indoors the whole trip) and the porch was perfection in the evenings. As far as location. It was awesome. Close to the beach, the adult pool, gym made everyday a breeze! We ended up bringing a second golf cart which I would recommend if you have more than 4 people, but having one included made a huge difference. The amenity cards came in clutch! There was an issue with the VRBO messaging and Alecia was very responsive via text. Definitely on our favorites list!

Perfect Spot

This home was beautiful and perfect for our two week getaway. It is located in the center of the Island which makes getting to any of the places you want to go, super easy. The beach is just a couple of blocks away, the beach club is just right down the street and the most beautiful walking trail is right behind the house with gorgeous views and perfect spot for fishing. Would definitely love to stay again!
