We visited Fripp Island for the first time in 2000. We came back a month later and bought our first home here. That is a 3 bedroom home on the Ocean Creek Golf Course known as Seaside Serenity.

Simply said, we fell instantly, head-over-heels in love with Fripp. In the beginning we lived on the East Coast and were able to spend a great deal of time here. Eventually we moved to the mid-west and that first home became a rental. I enjoy the rental business so much--especially introducing First Time Fripp Island Guests to Fripp that we have over the years purchased 3 additional homes. 18 years later I still love what I do and I still have several guests from those early years that return to stay in my homes year after year.

Though we own four homes on Fripp Island—including two oceanfront—we always choose Bikini Bottom for our own FrippTrips. It’s just the right blend of comfort, location, and layout for our grown kids, their friends, and (hopefully soon) our grandchildren. It's our happy place—and we hope it becomes yours too.

Over the course of the last several years, Bikini Bottom has undergone a top-to-bottom transformation designed with comfort and style in mind. Recent upgrades include new carpet, and a gourmet kitchen featuring custom cabinetry, double ovens, granite countertops, and an oversized island—perfect for gathering with family and friends.

The home now boasts two luxurious Master Suites, each with a king bed and private bath. Both bathrooms have been upgraded with tile flooring, modern vanities, and beautifully tiled tub and shower surrounds, offering a spa-like retreat.

Just 50 steps from the beach, this home is super comfy, super spacious, and super close to everything—all while remaining a tremendous value for your Fripp Island getaway.
