Beach Getaway + Private Pool. Sleeps 25.

Welcome to a spacious, beach-forward luxury condo on South Padre Island with front-row Gulf views and direct beach access across the street. The home spans three levels—your reservation includes the first two floors (stairs only; no elevator). A third-floor add-on is available upon request.

Inside, the layout is built for big trips that still feel comfortable: 4 bedrooms / 4 bathrooms, sleeps up to 25, and 13 beds arranged to accommodate multiple families and friend groups. The heart of the home is a huge kitchen with an oversized island, set up for real cooking and easy serving, plus a coffee bar for slow mornings.

Outdoors, enjoy a completely private pool with a waterfall. You’ll also have balcony seating to take in the view. After the beach, rinse off, toss towels in the in-unit laundry, and wind down with five TVs + surround sound, fast Wi-Fi, or a few songs on the piano.

Annual Beach Trip

Spent the last 4 days in this condo that was very accommodating for us! Everything was easy, owner was very prompt and responsive and the location was absolutely perfect. This has definitely become our new favorite vacation spot and we look forward to staying here again!

The house was perfect for our family! (6 adults and 4 children) The house was clean and very well stocked! The location was awesome….a quick 2 minute walk to the beach! We enjoyed the backyard pool, too. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Great place nice location

The location is perfect, only a short, two minute walk from the beach. The residence itself was ideal and our separating guys and girls, the pool was really nice, everything about the place was perfect. The hosts take the extra time to put the extra touches that make it feel like Home, they go above and beyond.

The place was amazing and it was really cleab and big!

The place is amazing for vacation. This is an amazing family/friends home to stay at, not old did the adults enjoy and have fun but also the kids enjoyed the pool and the house had everything we need. Like the kitchen is very luxury and modern, and everything needed is all at its spot. They also had some toys and swimming items we could use. Overall this is the best place to stay at and i wluld definitely recommended.

Great Trip to South Padre

Absolutely loved this house. We had a group of 15 (mostly young adults). The pictures don’t do this house justice. The owner gave us a short tour of the house which was very helpful. He had it ready early and greeted us with fresh baked banana bread. This house is equipped with every kitchen utensil imaginable. They also have a ton of spices and basic kitchen ingredients (thank you!). They gave us lots of extra toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags. Even had extra toothbrushes and sanitary products. I had no issues with the tv or internet. The location was steps away from the beach and the pool in the backyard was bigger in person than the pictures showed. All in all, it’s obvious the owners really love their home and that is definitely reflected in the property.
