Accès compliqué, avoir une bonne voiture. plan d'accès détaillé . L'accueil du propriétaire parfait. État du logement laisse a désirer ( pas d'eau chaude et très faible débit voir pas du tout et pourtant nous étions que 4) et la propriété pas top.

Unterkunft mit toller Lage und schönem Blick

Wir hatten zu dritt eigentlich zwei super schöne Wochen in diesem Haus. Der Blick war traumhaft, die Lage war sehr ruhig. Man hat bis auf das Rauschen des Meeres und die Stare und Krähen, manchmal auch Katzen, nichts gehört. Die Zufahrt war allerdings eine Herausforderung, da das Haus über eine ca. 4 minütige Fahrt über eine naturbelassene Straße führte und einem einiges abverlangte. Der Besitzer Gianmario (?) war sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit, wenn es mal Probleme gab (Toilettenspülung funktionierte mal über 2 Tage nicht, Waschmaschine hatte auch kurzfristig ein Problem, was er schnell gelöst hat, und auch einen Tipp für eine sehr leckere Pizza hatte er für uns). Das Haus hatte drei Schlafzimmer, aber nur ein Bad. Der Wasserdruck war leider nicht so stark, was manchmal beim Duschen nervte. Die Küche war angenehm groß und gut ausgestattet, sogar mit Toaster. Terrasse war sehr groß mit Liegen und Esstisch und Stühlen. Der Weg zum Strand führte quasi quer über das Gelände und am Haus von Gianmario vorbei, keine 100 Meter. Die Müllentsorgung ist bei dieser abgeschiedenen Lage kein Spaß, außer man ist bereit, Gianmario 20 Euro zu zahlen, damit er das übernimmt (bei uns hatte er es 2 - 3 Mal gemacht, ohne zu fragen, und hatte gehofft, dass wir ihm das Geld dafür bezahlen, was wir aber abgelehnt haben). Wer es abgeschieden mag, ist hier auf jeden Fall gut aufgehoben. abenteuerliche An- und Abfahrt einstellen.

Wir fühlten uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl und werden es wieder Buchen. Als Familie fanden wir die Lage sowie der Strand super. Die Kinder konnten sich frei bewegen und hatten mehr als genug Platz um zu spielen. Da es auch noch sehr naturbelassen und die Bucht nur zu Fuss erreichbar ist für Aussenstehende fanden wir super. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, wir waren aber oft draussen,so dass es uns nichts ausgemacht hat. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wunderschöne Lage mit traumhaftem Blick und fussläufiger kleiner Bucht, einfache aber voll umfangreiche Ausstattung, sehr sauber, gute Ausgangslage zu wunderschönen Stränden und netten Orten & Restaurants

Jätte fint läge ! Bara 100m till en nästan privat jätte fin liten strand, det går en gångstig efter strand kanten, ca 1km åt båda hållen där det ligger på var sitt håll en liten bar där man kan äta lunch. I huset skulle det ha varit super om det funnits en fläkt i sovrummen eftersom det inte finns någon luftkonditionering.

Das Haus war sehr sauber und für uns perfekt eingerichtet. Von der großen Terrasse aus hatte man einen herrlichen Blick über die Bucht und zur Tavolara und einen direkten Zugang zum Strand. Die Zufahrt durch ein Tor und einem holperigen Feldweg hatte den Vorteil, dass man den Strand sich nur mit wenigen Badegästen aus den Nachbarhäusern teilen musste. So hatten wir mit unseren Kindern und Enkelkindern einen wunderschönen Urlaub, den wir dort gerne wiederholen würden.

dreckiges Haus mit schöner Lage

-Lage super -Aussicht eigentlich auch super (wäre sie nicht durch Palmen zugepflanzt) -Strand in weniger als 2min zu Fuß erreichbar -Strand ist zwar kein Sand aber man hat ihn meistens für sich alleine -Haus ist recht klein und zweckmäßig -Dusche sehr eng und das gechlorte Wasser wird nach 2min eisekalt -das gesamte Haus musste ich erstmal komplett putzen, da es in katastrophalem Zustand war (Dreck und tote Fliegen, Staub, klebrige Küche) Daher nur bedingt zu empfehlen.

Charmante maison bien située, à proximité de la plage . Chambres, douche, cuisine globalement propre, un accès wifi serait un vrai plus.
