Cozy House less than two miles from Ocean Beaches

Welcome to this newly renovated two bedroom house. Kick back and relax in a calm, stylish space on a quiet residential street in the hamlet of Hampton Bays and the beaches of Southampton Town.

Walk into a cozy living room with sofa, club chair and TV. Twin bedrooms, both have dressers and closet space. They each have a Queen bed, and soothing colors for the perfect nights sleep. There is a large eat in kitchen is fully stocked and overlooks the backyard. New dishwasher, stove and refrigerator (which makes plenty of ice!) Washer/Dryer is available for stays longer than 7 nights.

The outdoor space is totally private, fenced in with a new outdoor shower, patio, grill, lounge chairs, firepit and swing.

You are minutes from beaches and local restaurants so no need to travel far, but if you want to explore there are wineries, museums, art galleries, golf courses, and shopping in the neighboring towns.

Lovely stay

The house was everything we needed for a weekend away! The house was very clean and cute esthetics. The back yard was great for the dogs. Claudea gave us great recommendations for places to eat. We would def rebook this house!

This is a very cozy house to stay in. It is well equipped and very clean, spacious and comfortable. The yard is great for pups and people. Claudia is super nice and so helpful. The lcoation is great, right near the water and good restaurants. Also good commutes to nearby places. We had a great stay and would come back.

Cozy home

The house was beautifully decorated and so clean. It had everything you needed in the kitchen. The backyard was nicely fenced in and had a nice table and beach chairs to sit on. The one bathroom was so clean and spacious! We really enjoyed our stay! We hope to come back again! The host always emailed me back with any questions I had. She was kind and helpful! The neighbors were very nice too.

A capsule of peace

Our stay was a perfect getaway of calm for hubby, our son, dog and myself during the Thanksgiving holiday. The kitchen was well stocked with all cooking utensils and spices for us to prepare all of our meals. We had intended to go to a restaurant for dinner on one of the evenings but we were just too content and comfy that we didn't bother. Once we picked up a few incidentals at the nearby King Kullen supermarket, we never left the house again. We had everything we needed. Our son enjoyed playing with our dog in the large and fully fenced backyard. The television was loaded with all of the apps for viewing enjoyment. Our host Claudia was very responsive from the very beginning. Thank you Claudia for everything.

Why they chose this property

I was able to purchase this property from a friend, and in a few years I will use it to downsize when I retire. I have made a few improvements - refinished the bedroom floors, painted, installed all new lighting, upgraded electric and appliances. All safety is up to code with the Town. Added new outdoor shower, and working on the gardens. I take pride in keeping up with the appearance and maintenance of this property as one day it will be my home.

What makes this property unique

This house is quiet, comfortable and very close to restaurants and beaches. It will be a peaceful getaway with lots of amenities close by, as well as other attractions not to far.
Wineries, Aquarium, Golf, Museums, Tanger Outlets, Antique Shops and local farms all within 30 miles. Check the local papers for weekly events.
