Quiet & Cozy North Lake Tahoe Mountain Getaway

Peace and tranquility await! Enjoy the private setting of this end unit, 2 bedroom/2 full bath condo with convenient access to Diamond Peak Ski Resort (via shuttle bus stop 2 minutes away), the Incline Village and neighboring beaches, hiking trails, mountain biking, and all Tahoe has to offer. Outside, the extra large deck features patio seating for 4-6, two comfortable lounge chairs, horseshoe pit, and a hammock hanging under the Tahoe pines. The remodeled kitchen has an island for additional seating and food preparation along with well-stocked items for entertaining and cooking enjoyment. The spacious primary bedroom loft suite has a TV for streaming and gaming with a cozy loveseat and modern rustic furnishings. The second bedroom on the main floor has a comfortable Murphy bed and large built in desk for working remotely. The Murphy bed folds up for extra living space to do yoga, meditation, etc. in this quiet setting. Both full bathrooms have been remodeled and offer shampoo, conditioner and shower gel dispensers. The living area features a gas fireplace, a large smart TV, and a dining table looking out at the beautiful Tahoe forest. There are playing cards and a chess/checkers/cribbage set for additional fun family time. Come enjoy our mountain getaway to relax and revive.


Please Note: This property offers no beach access in Incline Village at this time. Public beaches at Sand Harbor (3 miles) and Kings Beach (4 miles) are open to the public for a fee. The East Shore Path can be used to access Incline’s Hidden Beach and also can be used to access Sand Harbor. The HOA does not allow barbeque grills at this property.

The whole property was clean and cozy. The porch out back was lovely to sit on and enjoy meals and relax. My dad, who was staying with us, particularly loved the decorations.My only point of feedback is that the upstairs loft is quite warm in the summer, but the host included a fan up there, which helped a lot. We will definitely be booking again in the future!

We went to ski at Diamond Peak and the location was great for us. The condo is the right size for a family of 4. There are two comfortable Queen beds and two bath rooms. We enjoyed our stay.

Clean and well equipped condo. Fireplace was a plus. Incline village amenities such as beach and access to facilities not included. Location close to Diamond Peak. Lots of oversized furniture made it seem smaller. Easy parking. Nice appliances . Good fast coffee maker ( would have been a nice touch to have a bit of coffee to get started). Spacious bathrooms.

The place was exactly as described. Very clean, roomy and the deck was great to sit and BBQ. The check-in and check-out process was as easy as could be, zero hassle. I walked to the hyatt and beaches, but it's probably a little far to walk with kids. I would definitely stay again in the future.

We really enjoyed our staying at this beautiful place. Love this cozy place with the two full baths, one bedroom downstairs, one at the upper loft, the full equipped kitchen and the balcony's at back towards the woods. The host was super helpful and very responsive too. We stayed over the Xmas for a skiing trip. The location is perfect close to the ski resort and the lake shore. Definitely going back for another time this ski season, we are even thinking of a summer trip here too. Overall 5 stars. Highly recommended!

Tahoe Getaway

The condo is very conveniently located, as it is within walking distance to the Hyatt, restaurants, etc and also to Diamond Peak (at least in the summer time). It is a well-appointed, updated end unit with lots of privacy and woods on 3 sides. The only negative is that the 2nd bedroom is really more of a loft, I.e., not quiet. It might be better if the top part of the loft was finished off with some plexi-glass or something to have more privacy but still allow light to come through.

Great for travel with young kids

This is a great spot if your kids are too little for ski resorts, and you’ll looking for a safe spot to do some sledding and play in the snow. A quick walk around the property and you’ll find hills of different sizes for some tubing. It’s a friendly neighborhood and inside the home you’ll find everything you need. There was an issue with the tv not working, and after a quick troubleshoot the owner was able to show up at a time that was convenient for us. It wasn’t an emergency but with small children, it helps to be able to play a movie when they’re done playing outside. Especially during the quiet hours. It ended up being a super simple fix, and it was fixed right away. He was kind and friendly. We’ll definitely be returning next winter. Thanks Carl and Mark
