One level home with a one car attached garage. 0.36+/- acre level yard is great for pets, children or a nice outdoor game with a barbeque and gas fire pit as well as deck for unwinding after a busy day in the great outdoors. This home has 15 different restaurants all within 1.2 miles. The Moore Dam Reservoir is 3.8 miles away and a great place to swim, fish, kayak, paddleboard and boat. Cannon Mountain and Franconia Notch State Park are 15 minutes from the house; Bretton Woods and the Omni Mount Washington Hotel are within 30 minutes; the Weathervane Theatre and Mountain View Grand Hotel are within 20 minutes.
