The place was great. Only complaint was that one of the trees by the house kept dropping acorns on the roof the whole time.

Smooth Check-In & Great Layout: Check-in was a breeze. The house was spotless, cozy, and even larger than we expected.Incredible Private Dock: Having the private dock was a game-changer! It was stocked with tubes, kayaks, and a canoe, which was such a fun surprise. We also rented a pontoon, and having the dock made it so easy for the group to pop back in for lunch and rest between lake runs. A absolute must for water activities.Well-Stocked Kitchen: As a family that loves to cook, we brought a lot of our own supplies, but the kitchen was already well-equipped. We only needed to grab a few basic staples (salt, pepper, oil) at the nearby Food Lion.Great Family Amenities: Having a washer and dryer on-site was a huge plus with three kids in our group (just remember to bring your own detergent!). The kids also loved the sweet welcome treat of chocolates and microwave popcorn.Custom Comfort: The upstairs mini-split A/C was perfect for the couple in our group who likes to keep things cooler than everyone else.TL;DR: Super clean, comfortable, and packed with fun right out the gate. It had almost everything we needed for an easy, memorable family vacation!

Great spot on the lake!

House is beautiful, kitchen exceptionally well outfitted, view from deck is great and at the dock there are three kayaks and a canoe. We had a blast. It is a good walk down the stairs from the house to the dock, so that is just something to be aware of for the mobility impaired.

Clean and Comfortable

Great! Bedrooms were a little smaller than expected but overall it was an excellent stay. Definitely a hike to the lake. Clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen.

Steep and long hike!

This place was great, BUT it's a massive hike to and from the dock. The dock is great! Wonderfully deep spot in a nice wide channel. Clean water! Wonderful spot.But man, it was a significant hike up and down. You gotta earn your lake time. House was as expected. Pictures do a good job of showing what you get there. But I felt the pictures under sold that hike a lot.

Best little cabin!

We met some friends at this cabin for a long weekend. We loved that it was located on the lake (it was quite a hike up and down to the dock, but it was manageable). The space was perfect with a great downstairs space for the kids and plenty of bedrooms for adults. The kitchen had lots of small appliances and was updated nicely. We got lots of use of the hot tub, the kayaks, and the deck. Waking up to rain on the tin roof was a wonderful surprise. Would definitely recommend staying here!
