This home is only 5 miles from downtown Blue Ridge on all paved roads and sits on the western shoreline (Blue Ridge side of the lake, not the Morganton side) of the main body of the lake. Beautiful lake and mountain views from several bedrooms, great room, as well as from a wrap around deck and terrace patio. All paved roads lead to the house so no need for 4x4.

A private covered dock with an open slip is ready for your boat. 250 ft. of lake shore so you won't feel crowded & dock remains floating in the wide cove all year round. The new dock has shade below and a large sun deck with plenty of seating and lounging. Umbrellas provided for more shade on top. 2nd slip available to renters for your boat. Kayaks available for your lake pleasure as well as floats for chilling in the lake.

Enjoy S'mores at the large stone fire pit near the lake shore or at the stacked stone fireplace on the covered deck. Large eating area in dining room seats 8 plus seating for 4 at counter. (2) king beds on upper level, (2) queen and (2) full size beds on lower level fit comfortably in 4 bedrooms all with their own bathroom/shower. Luxury bedding and towels. USB ports near every bed as well as one in kitchen. Blackout shades and curtains in every bedroom.

Load and start the dishwasher
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Be sure to close and lock any windows that were opened. Bag & tie all garbage/secure can with rock on top. Pick is on Thursdays.
Do not leave any fires burning in the fire pit or deck fireplace.
Cover and secure dock furniture. Turn off all lights & lock all doors & windows.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hour: 10 pm-8am S-TH, 11 pm-8am F-Sat. Bag ALL garbage- place in cans. Place rock on top. No fireworks/no parties/no pets. Only park in driveway
Rental Agreement must be signed within 30 days of booking or prior to 15 days before arrival, which ever is earlier. Please share policy with guests.
Max person 8. Leave NO fires burning in pit/fireplace. Noise policy(no loud voices/amplified music). No using neighbors dock. Cover patio furniture

This home is absolutely AMAZING! The tranquil views through the large windows are exceptional so being able to watch the sun rise and set over the lake is breath taking. First, the house was amazing both inside and out! Located right on Lake Blue Ridge, it was large enough for my wife and I, our two adult children and their two (each) kids. The inside of the house was top notch, furniture was in excellent condition, and the beds were amazing. The lot the house was on was really nice, and we really enjoyed the fire pit. if possible, we would rent this house again for our next trip to Blue Ridge!

This home is even more gorgeous in person! Very clean, communication was great and a wonderful place to stay. The location on the lake is wonderful and it is an easy 5-8 min drive to downtown Blue Ridge, which is hard to find in this area. Highly recommend and would love to come back here!

The lake view from the several decks was awesome. The house was perfectly equipped for extended stays and everything has been very well maintained. Pictures don't do it justice! Absolutely stunning views, and the home just feels really special inside and out. We were a party of eight and it was just perfect for us to have our own space to retreat to, along with amazing gathering spaces on both floors as well as outside. The quality of all the building materials as well as the interior design and bedding were all top notch. We were so impressed and it felt truly luxurious. We stayed for a week and we wish we could have been there for two-- one week just wasn't enough! Thanks for a wonderful stay. We can't wait to come back!

Each bedroom has it's own bathroom/ walk-in shower. House has views of lake and mountains which is rare for a lake rental. Located in a wide cove. Fairly level lot to lake. Very close to town. Best location with all paved access. Grocery, Walmart, Home Depot less than 10 minutes away. 5 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge. Many amenities included such as soaps, toilet paper, kitchen essentials, etc. We have a whole house generator in case of power failure.
