Seamless

Absolutely ideal stay, easy parking, good location close to the city but away from the chaos of Broadway and downtown. Very comfortable inside, thoughtful details like laundry detergent, basic toiletries, pots and pans etc. Enormous TV, lovely little balcony. We'll definitely stay again if we're in Nashville.

Wonderful stay! Exceptionally clean, hosts were very attentive and easy to communicate with. We had very minor issue with a faucet and the owners took care of it within the hour. The pictures online are exactly how the apartment looked (I took my own pictures, as soon as I figure out how to add them I will). The little extra touches (extra towels, shampoo, toothbrush, coffee and creamer :-). The apartment was quiet, location was great, not too close to downtown but close enough to Uber (was an $8 fare downtown.....best part, the Uber driver had a Tesla! 1st time I've been in one!) We will definitely stay again!!

While the place was clean, the sofa bed was very dirty (debris in the bed) and the bed was so broken we could not use. They offered a blow up bed - but that is not an adequate solution. They gave us wine but we do not drink. I asked for a discount since we did not get what they paid for - they denied us. Very disappointing for my first vrbo experience.

We’re sorry to hear this guest felt disappointed. The first message we received from her, upon arrival, was a request for a ‘huge discount.’ When she mentioned the sofa bed wasn’t functioning properly, we immediately offered an air mattress to ensure the same number of sleeping spaces advertised were available, along with a complimentary bottle of wine as a courtesy. She declined the air mattress, saying it was ‘too bulky for the space,’ and stated that only a refund would resolve the issue. Since a refund would not address the sleeping arrangement, it was clear she was seeking compensation rather than a solution. We take cleanliness and responsiveness very seriously and always do our best to resolve any concerns promptly so guests can enjoy their stay.

The perfect Nashville getaway!

We had such an incredible stay at Ava’s property. We can’t say enough about how much we loved the place. It was beautifully decorated, she left us personalized notes and candy — it made us feel right at home! We can’t wait to come back!
