perfect for our needs

The apartment was great for our needs, looks exactly like the images, good distance from strip- close enough to walk but also sometimes ubered depending where we were going. 15 minutes from the airport, nice looking neighborhood! Would rent again!!

Great Condo in Music Square

Our second trip to Nashville for a bachelorette weekend. This condo is at a great location, clean and bright with all the amenities you could ask for- even a guitar shaped pool! The owners were great and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Lovely location within walking distance to Music Row. Condo was spacious and cute. We were safe and comfortable, which is essential as female travelers. Beds were VERY soft, so if you like a firm bed, this may not be for you.

Great place!

Condo was beautiful! Beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. The pool area was good enough. Probably out of Genevieve’s control, but trash cans were overflowing with garbage and it was just kind of dirty and unkept. But overall we loved the condo and it’s location!

Great location - clean apartment

This unit is in prime location in Nashville. Walkable to all of the downtown famous bars & restaurants, Bridgestone arena, and other more local spots on music row. Would definitely suggest to stay here. Only negative is that there was very very low water pressure in the shower but it is probably more of an issue of the building than this unit itself. Would recommend!

Beautiful condo

Had a great time in Nashville. Celebrated with my daughter and her friends for her 21st birthday. Wish the weather would’ve cooperated better, but love the fact that you can Uber and they are there as soon as you request them. Condo was very spacious and accommodating all 6 of us. Lots of stuff to do within walking distance as well. Thank you! Made a special memory in Nashville we won’t forget!

Nashville Fun

This property was exactly as described and perfect for my family’s visit to Nashville. Convenient to downtown and within walking distance of many fun places in midtown, we had no trouble getting around. The apartment was clean and well stocked for our stay. The only inconvenience was that on 2 nights of 4, there was no parking space available in the building lot but we were able to find street parking a short distance from the property. Would recommend without hesitation.

So much more than expected!

Great stopping place in route to Pigeon Forge with the Grands. Older property, but once inside you would never believe it! Felt like home, with all the necessities you may need for your stay. Clean, comfortable, and the pool area was a hit with the kids. There were pool toys to use, corn hole boards, and tables and chairs to relax in. A little hike to downtown, but easily accomplished, even with kids. The only downfall was the traffic around the round about, just make sure you are paying attention because the drivers aren't. I would highly recommend this place, and have saved it for any future trips to Nashville.

Just as pictured

This was a wonderful experience. The listing photos are quite accurate and Tyler was a great host. He gave clear instructions on how to access the property as well as how to check in and check out of the property smoothly. Tyler also sent us a link to restaurants and attractions. The property is close enough to the city center to be able to quickly be part of the action but far enough away to be able to rest quietly when you return. Will definitely seek out this property again when we return to Nashville. Thanks so much.

Nashville Escape

This property in Music Row area was ideal. It was a well appointed condo with everything we needed from towels, to dishware to a place to put our feet up. The space had a lot of spread out room and the bathroom set up was great with separate shower/toilet areas. There was easy access to coffee shop, bars etc. It was within walking distance of Broadway- roughly 15-20 min walk. The parking area is small so account for that when parking. It does get busy on the road out front during prime times. The building was relatively quiet. There were some "cooking" odors and other smells not controllable by the property owner but noteworthy to have to contend with. With door closed, all was ok and candles on site helped! The decor was adorable and very comfortable! Definitely recommend this property!

plumbing issues

Nice location and communication was great. However, when other reviews mentioned low water pressure in the shower, they weren't kidding. It was more like a small watering can sprinkling water over your head. There was barely enough water pressure to even rinse the shampoo out of my hair. In addition, the bathroom sink drained extremely slow. No other issues with water pressure or draining throughout the condo but definitely some plumbing issues in the bathroom. We also noticed a sock half under the bed and a hair tie behind a chair. Could use a more thorough cleaning. Other than those issues, everything was fine and the owners were good to work with.
