Our boutique condo is located at the intersection of Nashville's Germantown and Buchanan Arts District, a short two miles from the legendary Broadway and the ideal home base for your Nashville getaway. Attention to detail is our compass and we've gone the extra mile to help make your stay in Music City as comfortable and accommodating as possible!
The space
The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a full bathroom attached. The living room has a pull out sleeper sofa that transforms into a queen bed. In the living room, you'll experience a 75" smart TV equipped with all necessary streaming apps. This unit is very picture worthy with mirrors, wallpaper, and all the works. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary cookware and kitchen utensils. We paid attention to every detail to ensure your stay is an enjoyable and memorable one!

I wish I could’ve stayed longer! I booked on a whim and was only there one night. It was very comfortable, accommodating, extremely clean and cozy! The best I’ve stayed in ever! Smelled great, decorated to perfection. Highly recommend.

The place is absolutely adorable and very comfortable. Ava was amazing to respond to all questions and concerns that we had. The only downfall to this place is that it is not in the best neighborhood. The business next door is very loud and a little sketchy

Nashville meets Captain Quarters!

My small group and I went to visit for an annual girls trip and we could not have been happier during our stay! First of all, our host was absolutely amazing and was always quick to respond. The place was clean, organized, and had every utensil or appliance we needed! It was also a great location only being less then a 10 minute uber to Broadway. The unit felt very safe to sleep in as their were codes at every door and each unit had a designated parking spot. Overall, I highly recommend anyone staying here as it definiteky made our girls trip so much better! Thanks again!:)

Cozy stay!

Very nice place to stay with a safe parking lot that had a parking attendant to assist with parking in the correct spot. This place was nicely decorated and super clean. Close enough to broadway that a Uber was only $10.

Amazing is an understatement!

We loved everything about the Captain’s Quarters! Everything was set up perfectly for our arrival and Ava wrote us a personal note!!! The living room is luxurious and so comfortable! The couch is to die for and our friends were great on the sofa bed. The TV was large and made staying in one night fun! The kitchen had everything we needed to whip up some snacks with our funds from the farmers market. The master bedroom and bathroom were perfectly sized. The bed was so comfy and the linens were luxurious!!! We can’t wait to come back and stay with Ava again!!!

Very clean, convenient, and quiet place to stay! The nautical decor was cute and the couch and bed were comfortable. The property owner was easy to communicate with and included a lot of information of things to do in Nashville. We would definitely stay again!

In my free time, you'll find me with my sweet fur baby, Crosby. He is the most beautiful, kind, and gentle (I may be biased lol) German Shepherd boy.

I cannot sing or keep rhythm to save my life, but I love this music city and know you will too!
