The apartment with a size of 30 square meters is located on the ground floor of an apartment building. There is a bathroom with a shower and a small kitchen. The center of Dresden can be easily reached by tram within 10 minutes. There are numerous shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance of 5 minutes on Kesselsdorfer Straße. WiFi is free for our guests. The equipment includes bed linen, towels, toiletries and a hair dryer. The city charges an accommodation tax of 6% of the room price for guests aged 18 and over who are not in Dresden for business reasons. This is payable on site.
